August visit
The hotel is in a nice location, and all of the staff were very pleasant, however the property itself is very tired and run down internally, with very dated decor and furnishings, most of which we well worn and ripped throughout all areas of the hotel.

Nice central property. Family room a bit small / tight. Good outdoor pool (some maintenance required). Breakfast and hotel staff lovely. Walking distance to shops. Our only challenge was parking as van had a roof box (c 2.5m high) and parking underground. We did find parking easy enough though. Nice stay and staff excellent #thankyou

Amazing stay in Bruges
This was a gem of a find - it's in an excellent location and very quiet! I was there with my husband and 3 children (14,13,10) and my inlaws. The rooms are big and quiet - even a separate toilet from the bathroom - and I didn't hear a peep from the other guests which was amazing. Some of the decor is a bit tired in some places but it was clean and the bed was the comfiest I've been in for a long time. The breakfast was amazing and so many choices, you won't be disappointed. Our kids ate free and they loved the waffle making machine. Parking is very easy in the underground car park right next to the hotel. Unfortunately you don't get a discount on parking when staying with the hotel - it was 30 euros for us to park there for two nights. The weather when we stayed was a bit horrendous - it rained the whole full day we were there - but the outside pool was still open! It was heated to about 24C and so we went swimming in the rain (and so did some other families!). I was impressed that the pool was even open. No lifeguard so you do need to keep an eye on the kids - and there is a deep end. If it had been warm and sunny it would have been bliss. It's very easy to walk to all the main sites and there are some restaurants just 2 - 5 minutes walk away. We tried the Indian just down the road which was very nice, and a local Flemish place too. Beware that there is no hotel restaurant which we found out after hoping to have dinner there one evening, apart from some pizzas and snacks.

This is a good hotel in a well positioned spot for walking into the centre of Bruge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar staff are very knowledgeable about the Belgian beers 😁

Easy stay as last night in a road trip. Drove directly from Switzerland en route to UK and stayed here two nights before the tunnel. Very easy very convenient . Very poor ventilation ; it was a hot weekend around 28c and the room Was airless , and we didn’t sleep well . Window only partially opened and no a/c. Apart from that it’s all good

This hotel was great, apart from no air conditioning. I bought my Dyson fan from home so was fine but many other guests complaining how hot the hotel was. Hotel lovely and dog friendly. However, no places around the hotel for the dog to go to the toilet. Had to go to a park that was 5-7 minutes walk away. Overall I would recommend this hotel, just not at the height of summer heat.

Stayed for a mini break, really good location nice chocolate shops, waffle shops and a few bars and rastaurants on the doorstep. Room and Batroom outdated but clean enough. Bed was not very comfortable but these things are alway subjective.

Overall was a good stay and good for the money. Great location and staff and comfy bed. Just a bit run down in decor and not the greatest shower. I would stay again if it was much more affordable then others but probably have a hunt around just in case.

Had no problems at all when we stayed 3 nights in December. Really nice hotel in a great location with food places and shops a short walk away. The Markt is about a 10 minute walk away if that so very easy to get to, to see the Belfry and Christmas market (which was on in December). Overall really enjoyed staying in this hotel, the room was clean, comfortable and perfect for our short trip at a good price. Would recommend you stay here :)

All pretty good really
All pretty good really. Helpful and pleasant staff. Decent location close to it all. Good, safe, if pricey, car park underneath. Comfy room. Decent wifi. Nothing not to like really other than still using paper cups for in room tea and coffee. I think we are all past this now so give the option at least for proper china cups or mugs.

Can't complain, great location.
Hotel receptions area etc all very nice, we were allowed to check into our room early too which was really handy and big secure car park a few steps away. Room was a bit rough round the edges, carpets v stained but bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable bed. Curtains were very black out too which was great. We chose not to have the room cleaned but then we needed some more coffee so spoke to one of the cleaners who then replenished everything for us including towels, super helpful.

Perfect location in Brugge, the parking under the hotel is great! Friendly staff! The rooms are basic and outdated, but for the price we paid was perfect! But the rooms were HOT, needed to sleep with open window, what is not sound proof as we had a room at the streetside. And still it felt like heatwave summer. Breakfast was great.
