Just a few minutes from St. Simons Island and the downtown area. I would stay here again. The lawn could definitely use some immediate attention. I noted these things because I like to be honest in my review. Needs a good cleaning. Lawn was not mowed which I am confused why you wouldn’t want to leave a good first impression. Kitchen was adequate, always cool ac, but I was concerned about a warning on the smart thermostat saying low battery, replace now! I was concerned that the ac would not work once the thermostat ran out of battery. The property manager assured me that it would still run and maintain the temperature. The property is a little deceiving from the outside. It’s actually a duplex with a small cottage in the back yard. We parked on the front lawn at the direction of the property manager. Overall it was comfortable, and adequate for our needs. Dish sponge .extra toilet paper etc. having to contact the owner so I could adjust the air conditioning was kind of silly. The place was pretty warm when I first got there. All in all it was fine. Just needs a little bit more care. The bed in the room that we stayed in needs a new frame.
