Not awful but close.

Pros: easy access to the interstate.
The bathroom was very dim by the tub/shower. Hard to tell how clean it was. My stay was for four nights. The maid supervisor opened my door the first day when the do not disturb sign was on the door. Said her paper work showed me checking out. I pointed at the sign. She said people leave them all the time. That was the last I saw of the cleaning staff until my third day when I returned to my room and had to ask for them to come and vacuum and give clean towels. I was in town for a funeral and did not want to deal with the issues. When I return with my wife for vacation we will stay somewhere else.

One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on away from home. This is my second time on a tear staying here, and I will never stay anywhere else in the Golden Isles but tjis Comfort Inn.

Nice quiet and kid friendly.

Good location, clean room, pool and spa, workout room and good breakfast! the cleaning lady on 4/4/17 was exceptional...she was fast and cleaned EVERYTHING! She is definitely a diamond in the rough!

Disappointing

Pros: indoor pool
Cons: customer service attention to detail.. check your pantry for outdated food items
let me start with saying.. I stay at this hotel and my entire family on the same weekend every year in March. We could have stayed in any hotel really there's a hotel on every exit however we like this particular hotel even at premium rate due to the indoor pool and the breakfast (pros). Now.. on our first day the AC was not cooling we called and staff came to try to fix the AC later that day still not working we were then moved to another room which the tub was not draining leaving standing water in the tub. I know things happen beyond our control but it was the lack of customer service I am most disappointed. I was told by the front office staff that the General Manager was not on property on Sunday and that no one else was in charge. I find that hard to believe that the hotel was left without someone in charge. My question is who is in charge to address customer satisfaction when the General Manager isn't on property? is this practice intentional? ohh and to top things off after check in out headed back on the road we notice the sodas we purchased were out dated...EXPIRED is March 26 and my sodas were expired Feb 2017!!! Really??? I am looking for compensation from this experience.

Nice hotel

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights. We went to jekyll island every day and the drive from hotel to beach wasn't bad at all. The staff was very nice. We were skeptical on cleanliness but it was very clean! If we ever visit Brunswick again, this is the only place I would stay.

Came in on a rainy night. Front desk clerk wasn't very pleasant neither was checkout clerk. Overall room was clean

This hotel was probably one of the worst hotel I have stayed in!! Rooms weren't even cleaned by three when check in time was there was a lobby full of people waiting for there rooms by 3:30!! At 3 they had a birthday party in the lobby for a employee instead of getting rooms ready!! We finally got into our room and the sheets a Had black marks and dirt on them like they hadn't been changed at all!! There was a used condom found in another room by another guest room were not cleaned like they should of been!!

Great Hotel - Convenient and Clean

Best hotel - new, clean and staff very helpful. Easy access to Rt 95! Staying there again on our way home!
