The property was nasty. There was mold in my daughter’s room and their ac was not working. Our room was nasty. There was trash under the beds. The bathroom looked like it had not been mopped in weeks. There were people in the room above us and we could hear every step they took. The guy was rude when we checked in. And the manager was talking about another customer with the front desk clerk in front of everyone. The pool nor the gym were open. Just a bad experience all around.

The check in experience was not the fault of the clerk. It was my credit card company. They kept going back and forth and I ended up using another credit card. The mattresses on the bed were indented very bad. Also the room was not in the best condition. The gym, laundry and pool was not usable because of repairs.

The hotel needs some updating which is not a huge deal. However, it is just crusty and needs a good cleaning. It just was not clean. Stuff on the bedside tables and headboards of bed. The mattresses were stained. Carpet was gross in the room. Felt like it had a film of greasiness on it or something.

This motel desperately needs renovation. Everything is tired and worn. The gentleman who was on the desk was very polite and helpful and the breakfast was good. It also was very close to I-95

Comfort inn Brunswick Georgia
It fulfilled our needs as we were just travelling through. Breakfast this year was better than last year. Hotel needs sprucing up it looks sort of neglected. For a one night stay it was good.

The bed mattress had a broken spring which, instead of replacing the mattress, was simply "covered" with a thin pad under the sheet providing minimal comfort at best. The bathroom faucets were corroded and in need of replacing. The window curtains did not close which led to light streaming in all night long from the parking lot. Finally, the smkoe detector battery needed replacing and it beeped every 45 seconds all night beginning at 2 am. While this is not necessarily something that can be anticipated prior to happening, it is something that can be prevented by replacing the batteries in all smoke detectors on a regular basis before they need it.

Covering over the entryway has been in disrepair for over a year, because of that, there was no way to unload your car and escape the rain. There is also mold stained paint on the outside of the facility. Finally the floor in the elevator was extremely sticky as if it was not being mopped properly. That being said, the Staff was pretty friendly and the breakfast was suitable.

Staff was great, but facilities were terribly run down inside and out. Luckily we arrived late and left early the next morning and all we needed to do is sleep. I don't think any dusting had occurred in our room for years along baseboards or beside the mini fridge. The shower was something special. Lots of patching and repairs had been done, poorly, very poorly. Every fixture in the shower was floppy and water gushed out of the wall where the showerhead was and down the wall onto the floor. The gasket for the tub drain was exposed. And every piece of metal, throughout our room, was massively corroded.

Enjoyed the breakfast provided. Would be much better if other meat options be available instead of pork.such as turkey and other non-dairy milk substitutions like Almond or Cashew Milk for cereals.
