Pros: Location.
Cons: Resturant poor for lunch and over priced $$$ Most costly for trip and close to bottom in quality.
Location: Famaliar with area which is lovely
Rooms dated and a bit going to seed. Cabinet door fallls off. Doorbell botton falls off. A bit drab.

Looking for a Nice Spot on St. Simons

Pros: Very close to the beach, a nice section of beach. Drinks and food were good. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and professional.
Cons: Don't know about the newer buildings, we stayed in the historic section, but our AC was a little slow responding. It got there eventually.
Location: Golf, beaching, paddle-boarding, etc. Lots of restaurant possibilities, lots of shops, day trips to other islands close-by.
My wife and I wanted to stop on St Simons on our way back to Virginia to look for a place to come back to next Fall. We looked around the Island but came to the conclusion that the King and Prince was the place to be. We will return.

Luxury trip!

Enjoyed the pool, with beverage/food service, towels were provided and the staff was very attentive. Although it was spring break, never felt overwhelmed with crowds. Also loved the fact that we could walk to other restaurants a or choose to dine there.

Disappointed Virginia Traveler

Overall this was a two star experience at a four star resort. Mainly because the room service and cleanliness was barely average. Room was in completely separate building from the gated main resort. Unexpected from info and photos supplied at time of booking.

Good but avoid the restaurant.

Hotel was good overall; however, the restaurant was considerably understaffed. We ate only one meal there because service was ridiculously SLOW. Breakfast took an hour to be served after the order was taken. That's too bad because the food looked good.
