No bellman didn't give directions to elevator had to ask ! A glass was sitting on the floor when we got there 2 days later it was still there! Trash in cans around pool full and piled around it , unacceptable! Don't sell yourself as a first class hotel in you don't have the staff to back it up

Beautiful Hotel in a wonderful location..

Pros: everything
Cons: walk in showers
Location: we were only there for the night on our way to other destinations - when we had been there before the best part is Jekyll Island
From the moment we arrived Sonya and staff looked after us made us feel special, we loved the bar had a great dinner and liked the menu options Love this location and our room We originally had difficulty booking as a number of sites said there was no availability the day we wanted and then they kept sending us their targeted ads and we tried as a last moment thing and got a room - should review the people who manage the travel sites.

Location: Islands
Very nice, quiet, quaint, hospitable. Nice staff. Good service. Clean. Poor food, dining.

Perfect

This resort is located in the perfect spot. We could walk to the Pier, to Crabdaddys, and bike rentals yet we were ocean front. We also enjoyed the amenities- heated pool and outdoor dining.

greeting by staff was very disappointing. not at all interested in serving us. fan in room was noisy.

Short overnight stay

Pleasant evening staff but we weren't provided with the full instructions for signing on to wifi. The next morning, the reception staff were quite helpful. For breakfast, we ordered the " healthy frittata that were served room temperature. We suspect they were frozen and defrosted for us. Based on that experience we would advise " Don't order their overpriced low quality cooked breakfast".
