Excellent hotel very close to airport

Everything was excellent. Hotel is new and prestine. Staff are friendly and food is good. Overall a very positive experience. I'd give it 5 stars

The service is perfect, to bed and everything you need is in the room. Good internet Wi-fi, many channels on television. Very nice bathroom.

Brussels airport hotel.

Good, clean hotel that is close to the airport. It is difficult and a little far to get to the city center from this hotel, so be prepared to allot some time if you want to do that. Also, I was surprised (and a little disappointed) to find out that the hotel shuttle only runs a few times a day during the weekend. Be aware of this when making your plans. The hotel restaurant was not open on a Friday night which also surprised me.

Cons: See above for information and lack of a restaurant.
Location: You can find a place to eat in the town of Zavenetm but you have to be willing to walk into the town from the hotel and search for it.
The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the absence of a place to eat a distinct lack. There was no book or folder in the room, that I could find, that provided any information on what amenities were available in the hotel or the surrounding district. As a hotel to spend the night in before a flight out of Brussels this establishment is over priced.

dissappointed

We had late arrival. No shuttle to pick us up so taxied over. I can handle that. We had booked 6 months prior asking for 2 double beds as I was travelling with a disabled brother who uses a wheelchair and a girlfriend. They first sent us to a room for disabled with only one bed. Then to another with a bed and couch. A couch for a man who had broken his back was not exceptable I said. We were stuck. They had lots of rooms too but would not give us two beds! Totally unexceptable! I have never complained before
