Great stay. Highly recommended. Will have to suggest others to stay here. What else does a person need. What a nice view.

Close to the airport and shuttle bus available.

Cons: See above for information and lack of a restaurant.
Location: You can find a place to eat in the town of Zavenetm but you have to be willing to walk into the town from the hotel and search for it.
The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the absence of a place to eat a distinct lack. There was no book or folder in the room, that I could find, that provided any information on what amenities were available in the hotel or the surrounding district. As a hotel to spend the night in before a flight out of Brussels this establishment is over priced.

dissappointed

We had late arrival. No shuttle to pick us up so taxied over. I can handle that. We had booked 6 months prior asking for 2 double beds as I was travelling with a disabled brother who uses a wheelchair and a girlfriend. They first sent us to a room for disabled with only one bed. Then to another with a bed and couch. A couch for a man who had broken his back was not exceptable I said. We were stuck. They had lots of rooms too but would not give us two beds! Totally unexceptable! I have never complained before

Excellent hotel, lots of amenities and great bar and restaurant. The area is nice and the views are also pretty nice

Nice!!

The hotel was really nice. Great location close to the airport. Surprisingly we were able to get a room on New Years Eve. I fell in love with the bathroom. The stand up shower and then the bathtub. Only problem for us the charging station was broke, so was the chair, and it wasn't as clean as we would've liked.

Great hotel, expensive parking

Great hotel, very comfortable rooms, helpful staff, airport shuttle. Not much close by and the parking was very expensive. Remember to add 25 to 30 euros to the room cost when getting a quote on line.

Booked a one night stay for a layover at BRU. One of the best airport hotels I have ever used. Check in; Airport shuttle; staff attitude and service; restaurant; large, comfortable, quiet rooms; outstanding breakfast. Only one minor complaint -- the business center printer was out of order; however the staff offered to print items at the front counter.
