Convenient and comfortable

Flat is so close to the EU institutions. Saved me a lot of time. It is big, clean and comfortable. I will give this listing to my office in Brussels and recommend that they have visiting staff stay there. A good experience.

Good Location, Could use some updates

3.5 stars. Apartment was clean, some unstable/broken chairs and pullout couch could use repair/replacement. Was not ready on arrival, cleaner still had some work to do. Good location for getting the underground to downtown Brussels, good local restaurants . On street parking wis available.

Positives: Good Location, quiet street, comfortable bed. Negatives: We had difficulty accessing the property on arrival, the landlord relies on other guests to put the one key to the front door back in the lockbox. In our case the other tenants refused to do this, so we had to wait an hour or so, for the landlord to find another solution. The apartment is not suitable for people with mobility issues, there is a narrow steep staircase to get into the bathroom. Potential for a bad accident. Very limited options for car parking, glad I took the train.

Schöne frisch renovierte und gepfelgte Wohnung mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa für bis zu vier Personen. Tolle Lage im Europaviertel,unweit der Europäischen Kommission. Altstadt zu Fuß in 30 Min zu erreichen.
