Lovely time had by my daughters and I.

Pros: Loved the layout - Duplex. The location was very good also. It was helpful to have the cleaners in daily too. The laundry facilities were a great.
Cons: TV and Shower plug needed fixing. Third floor had a really rotten smell (not our floor thank goodness)!plus some bits..Still a good overall experience
Location: Parc du Cinquantinaire and local shopping. The nearby metro links you up nicely however to the rest of the city.
We enjoyed staying here. It was spacious and kempt.

Pros: It is roomy than typical hotel.
Cons: We, family of four booked two rooms but got one on 3rd floor and another on 4th floor, which is very inconvenient for us. Please book us together.
The hotel does not have front desk. The property manager sent email to instruct guests to check in and out.

Ottimo soggiorno

Il posto è ben arredato e pulito. La posizione è perfetta per gli spostamenti, la fermata della metro è vicina. Ottima assistenza e disponibilità dello staff, sia prima dell'arrivo che in sede. Non solo è stato possibile fare un check-in anticipato, ma il manager di turno si è premurato di richiamare per accertarsi che avessimo preso possesso della stanza.

場所はMontgomeryの駅からすぐなのでとても便利です。設備はとても古いタイプのお部屋に宿泊したのでイマイチでしたが、立地が良いし、このお値段なので仕方ないかと。ドライヤーもなくセキュリティボックスもありませんでしたが、セキュリティボックスは伝えたらチェックアウト1日前に付けてくれました。 ソファベッド付きを選択しましたが、一泊につき30ユーロ取られました。明細に出てこない金額です。

Comfortable, well designed floorplan & kitchette

It was an excellent stay, except for checking in issues (not the hotel's fault, but a lack of communication from or with Hotels.com). As there is no reception area or onsite hotel staff, all entry and access is via keycodes. The hotel provides that information to the guests directly prior to check in. However, there was no communication to me (coming in from Canada) and as I did not have a roaming plan, I had to go up the street to a restaurant and request them to call in on my behalf to get the access codes.

Séjour à BRUXELLES

Très bon séjour dans B-APPARTHOTEL, seul point négatif, pas de personnel donc accueil déshumanisé mais bonne organisation sauf lorsque l’ascenseur tombe en panne le samedi après midi (6ème étage), impossible de prévenir. L’hôtel est très confortable, propre et bien équipé, loin du centre mais transports en commun au pied de l'immeuble. Manque de commerce d’alimentation aux alentours pour se nourrir, mais restaurants aux abords. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour, malgré la panne ascenseur.

B Apartments Montgomery

not great the apartment was a loft and although the ac unit was ok downstairs the loft bedroom was too hot to sleep properly. plus on the Saturday the lift which was next to the bedroom broke and all night the door opened and shut. not a pleasant stay at all

This hotel is certainly not a four stars hotel

Pros: Location and spacious rooms.
Cons: 1. The way to contact the apartment management. 2. The way to book a parking spot through Expedia 3. The faucet in the kitchen leaks terribly
Location: The location is good. There is a very grand park near this condon hotel.
This condon hotel's location is good, it's in a nice neibour hood. The rooms are big in Europing standard. I don't recommend this apartment hotel to foreign tourists because it's so inconvenient to contact the hotel management. We booked a room and paid for three adults, but the confirmation letter told us the room was for two adults. We had to contact the hotel management by email to sort the room issue out. Again, we asked the hotel about the self parking before we arrived at Brussel since there was no way we could request a parking spot when we booked the hotel through Expedia. We sent three emails to the hotel management, but they didn't reply at all because it's weekends. We spent more than five hours waiting their reply. It's very stressful. We even called their emergency phone line, but the line didn't work at all. Compared with the four stars hotel we lived in Paris before we arrived at Brussel, I gave this condon hotel a 2.5 stars. This hotel certainly is not good for foreign tourists.
