Not for disable or senior citizen guests.

Location: The location of hotel is uphill and not a good idea for someone have difficulty to walk. It is a long walk from central station.
The restaurant is not open for dinner. Not many restaurants nearby to chose from..

Good hotel for business

Posted Jul 22, 2016
Pros: Friendly and professional staff, clean room.
Cons: Please don't use feather pillows. They do not provide any head support but also supports cruel industry practice where plucks birds alive!
Location: shopping malls, good restaurants, metro and convenient access for EC
Friendly and professional staff, clean and quiet room. I didn't have breakfast here so I cannot comment. Good location close to restaurants, shopping malls, botanic garden and metro so easy to move around the city. Also walking distance from Central train station. I didn't like to have feather pillows as they don't provide any neck support but also supports cruel industry practice where feathers are plucked from birds while they are alive causing painful and bloody wounds. Good for business trips.

Pros: Good amenities including newspapers. Friendly staff.
Location: A bit of a walk to things but the tram was also easy to use.
Very comfortable hotel close to Gare central and nearby restaurants.

Pleasant hotel slightly away from centre

Posted Jul 11, 2016
Pros: Its unexeptionalness - I have stayed in many very quirky hotels in Brussels, but this was was OK in most respects.
Cons: For the price, the breakfast could have been better - more bread choice, fresher baked goods, more choice in continental cheeses/salad
The Best Western is a rather anonymous hotel, about 20 minutes walk from the Grand Place, and not too far from Botanique metro station. It's on a tramline (which may be noisy on the front of the hotel) and close to a Villo! bike rental station, and walking distance from the main EU quarter. It's clean and comfortable enough; and my room at the rear of the hotel was reasonably quiet. The bathroom (which included a narrow bath) was fine. Breakfast cost extra and was similarly unmemorable, and although the pain au chocolat was rather dry, the fresh fruit salad was better than average. There was limited got food (scrambled egg and sausage), plus a restrcited continental selection and a small range of cereals and jam; only rolls or pre-sliced bread.

Quite, clean hotel close to city center

Posted Jul 8, 2016
Pros: The location and the condition.
Cons: The wifi is terrible! Housekeeping staff also needs to be more well trained. Minor details like refiling the coffee and tea bags. . .
Location: The touristic area is abut 10 to 15 minutes walk away. You can skip the bus/tram/metro.
I stayed for couple of days during a short visit to Brussels. It is located in a nice area with mostly businesses. There is a tram outside and buses as well. Metro is about 5 minutes walk. Room is small, but clean and quite. So, it is a basic hotel that meets your need for a short stay.

Smart hotel

Posted Jun 8, 2016
Pros: Nothing to shout about really but is a pleasant hotel in a nice area near the Botanical gardens and the Royal Palace and gardens nearby.
Cons: Nothing really
Location: The hotel is situated in the Business area of town. Brussels Central railway station is a 10 min walk and 5 mins from Botanical gardens and Royal Pal
For the price this a good very good place to stay, its clean and the rooms are smart and is an easy walk into the main tourist area.

Room was nice. We were able to check in late which was a blessing. Bathroom was very small and a but cramped. The shower leaked onto the floor. Overall it was good. Served our need.

Best Western Rue Royale Brussels

Posted Apr 15, 2016
Pros: Cleanliness and staff
Cons: Better sound proofing at the front of hotel onto Rue de Royale
Location: Botanique,. Short walk to Royal palace, Main tourist areas. Metro close by
Hotel room clean and well presented. Staff fantastic, helpful and were very helpful. Room at front onto busy road so quite noisy. Wifi tended to 'drop off' . Good location and good price. Had breakfast on one day and it was very good. Good location for visiting Brussels. Metro close by.

Not bad for a night stay

Posted Mar 20, 2016
Pros: helpfull and nice staff, near the main attractions and central station. Cons: currently under renovations and so the room is noisy during the day. The room does not contain a safe, but the front desk does. The bathtub is too small and the shower head falls down many times. Will visit this hotel again though.

Good hotel, near the centre but not noisy

Posted Jul 29, 2015
Pros: The location
Cons: More attention to detail with the coffee/tea etc in the room, stuff was missing & had to be asked for each day
Location: Near the palace & museums & a short walk to the centre
Good location, basic facilities but friendly staff & good breakfast choices
