Very good hotel, nice and clean, but there's a things that can be improved, primarily the service: - Breakfast: For this size of hotel too small kitchen and restaurant and lack of employees; It was very uncomfortable to stand in the line 5 minutes and wait to bring more bread, waffles, salami and beans. Btw, sellection of delicatessen is very good: proscutto cotto & crudo, chorizo, different types of salami... Delicious fresh fruit juices... Lacks of vegan food. All three days the same food. - Housekeeping: If check out is till 12 and check out from 3 p.m. I don't understand why the maids don't clean the rooms at that time.In our case they was disturbing us at 10, 10:30, even at 8:30 last day. Why when we leaving the room this day? The answer: lack of maids, so they start cleaning from the morning and don't allow to the guests to feel more comfortable, because they enters into the room right after knocking, even somebody is still sleeping. - If I paid for 28m2 room with king size bed, I don't expect 20m2 room with two coupled beds. - Terrible wifi, very week signal, interrupted often I have to praise the kindness and courtesy of Mr. Benjamin, from the reception. He help us a lot with important information, even he found the train tickets for and timetable... I can say that it was good stay, but the price should be in accordance with the service.

Nice, a bit far for tourism, room too hot in Nov!

We got a good rate at this hotel. Even though it is a bit farther out of tourist area it was easy to walk to where we wanted to go. We had a third traveler join us and were able to contact the hotel by email to reserve a room with a pull out couch bed in advance. The window in the room was broken we discovered but were not going to complain because the non-view building crevice we were located in did not allow much fresh air in. Unfortunately, they already knew about it because they tried busting into the room at 8am as room service and I had to jump out of bed to prevent them coming in. Even though we hung the no service/do not disturb, they still came in without informing us to fix the window. This made me sad because the hotel had disabled the air conditioning and the room was way too hot all three nights we stayed there. I asked for a sheet to replace the heavy duvet provided. Other than the uncomfortable temperature, the room was nice and our stay pleasant.

Good hotel, good location.

Pros: The Hotel staff were excellent and the hotel bar which is very pleasant for a few drinks at the end of your day and served by very pleasant bar staff.
Cons: I found our twin room small and only room for one chair and small table, would have been nice to have two chairs.
Location: Grand Place is beautiful and you can get free tours from there that we highly recommend, we did a VIVA tour it was excellent!
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it is in a good location and clean. Some reviews I had read had said the hotel was tired, we found the hotel very acceptable I would not say the room we had was tired, a little smaller than I would prefer, only one chair, we had a twin room, it would have been nice if the room was big enough to have to chairs. But there was an ironing board and iron, which is always handy. Nice shower, comfortable beds.

Great hotel! Service just need slightly improving

Hotel was great, bar was nice- amazing cocktails, good breakfast and lovely room. Service on a whole could be improved. Also, the movies and the streaming media to the TV was not working at all, wouldn’t mind at all but what was annoying was we spoke to someone at reception about it, and said that we were going out for some food so if someone could please take a look while we were out that would be much appreciated. We came back hours later and nothing had changed, nor had they mentioned anything to us. The telephone did not work to ring down to reception either. And when we checked out the next day we just made them aware of the problem and that no-one came, which they did not know of (so no notes were made previously on our account). But what was most disappointing was that I had advised the hotel when booking that it was my husband’s birthday (I had booked this as a surprise) so if they could make it as special as possible that would be great, but on his actual birthday we had to struggle with the room facilities and be ignored when asked about having it fixed. Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the service could just do with being improved then it would be perfect. Would definitely recommend the location!
