very little to do in the vicinity of its location.Posted Aug 22, 2015
Pros: Uummm.... Nothing!
Cons: Everything g needs improvement - decor, staff, facilities, and broken shower heads need to be sorted!
Location: Very poor for visitors who wish to experience Brussels - located 7 metro stops away from main centre.
Disappointing. This is not a 5 star hotel. No tea/coffee in rooms. Restaurant closed for all of August. Broken shower (reported but not actioned!) requested romantic package for our anniversary but never received! Overall experience was very disappointing. Stay away!

2 nights as a base for exploring BelgiumPosted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: Location right next to a metro station, friendly staff, lovely room.
Cons: Provide a kettle in the room with tea and coffee to make for yourself.
Location: 1 metro stop to arch to Belgian independence, Brussels is easy to get around on metro, with many connections to rest of BE and Europe.
No complaints really, staff very friendly, they helped us with the odd keyboard on the public computer, the room really was lovely. Only downside was that there is no kettle in the room so one can make their own tea and coffee... that seems such a basic thing. Maybe we're expected to get room service, or it's just not the norm on the continent... BUT I would recommend the place, for sure!

Broken lights (bulbs not replaced despite requests), uncomfortable low chair / high desk, only one towel (and no bathrobe), unobtainable room service etc.

Depart a 15 minutes a pied.
apres discussion avec 2 employes successifs, ai pu obtenir de liberer la chambre avant 14 heures. Une fois cela regle, excellent sejour. peu de restaurants dans le quartier

Good hotel in a good location.Posted May 15, 2015 on Hotels
Good location if you have to visit the EU institutions. Good transportation links. The staff is friendly ( maybe a bit slow). The breakfast is good. The room is very spacious and clean. I would reccommend the hotel both- to business as well as holiday travellers.

Eurostars Brussels reviewPosted May 14, 2015 on Hotels
Eurostars Montgomery is a good hotel which is usually well priced for the a hotel of that quality in Brussels. It is a little bit away from the Government district tor tourist areas, but easily accessible by Metro or healthy walk - for me this is a positive. Staff are always friendly and rooms have a certain charm that not all big chain hotels have.
