We arrived at the hotel (group of 4 - 2 rooms) we had specifically booked rooms overlooking the Grand Place. One of the rooms allocated was not overlooking the Grand Place as expected, we informed reception who said they had overbooked and there was not other room available. They advised us to call Expedia for a refund which we did but they were unable to help also (after a 40 min call from Brussels to the UK!!). The incorrectly allocated room 606 also had a mouldy sandwich left on the window ledge!! Nice!! The sink in this room was also damaged. Pleased to say room 602 was the other allocated room which was lovely.
Make sure you get the room you book!
