You get what you pay for

Cons: It'd be great if customer service was better -- even with the lack of clean rooms, a smile goes a long way.
Location: The location was nearby Brussels South Station -- only a 9-minute walk. Cantillion Brewery is about 1 mileThe airport is about 20 minutes away by car.
For about 50 euro per night, I suppose this mediocre hotel is to be expected. The service was lackluster -- I asked for the sheets to be changed because there was a spot of blood on them and was gruffly told that it would be hours...well, it's almost a week later, and I'm still waiting! (j/k I only spent a night there but they didn't change the sheets all night). Upon check out, the printer wasn't working so I couldn't receive a statement. The front desk person was unapologetic but did offer to e-mail it to me, which she did several hours later. The "clean" towel on the rack had someone else's hair on it. The elevator did a jump when it stopped that was scarier than any rollercoaster I have ever been on and I am a roller coaster junkie. The free buffet breakfast had someone stale food but was eatable. The game room was the highlight -- XBOX, Two Mac computers with free Internet access, etc. Sadly, one can't spend the whole night in the game room!

Good Location

Hotel is close to Midi station, but the room was a bit 'tired'.

Had a good welcome, helpful staff, good night sleep. Nice breakfast. 10min walk from zuid station. Nice room with balcony and good view of the city

Nice hotel near Brussels Midi Station

Pros: Really like the breakfast and location.
Cons: It's a little bit noise can hear from next door.
Location: Take train from Midi station is easy to go.
My parents and I had a nice trip to live here for three night. This hotel is very comfortable, staff is very friendly, and breakfast is very nice. And the location is very close to Midi station, but if you want to go to Grand Palace, it will be a little walk distance. Totally it is a nice place to recommend.

Very close to the station

Very good for my business trip to Brussels , was very useful for my late meetings and early trains in and out of Brussels

Affordable and Comfortable stay

Location: location is perfect, its 5 min walk from Brussels midi station. I didnt use taxis in my stay, as everything was 5-20 min away from the hotel.
the hotel staff was friendly and helping, the room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing that was missing was the fridge... but i managed to survive hehe

Pros: Handy for both Metro & Main line stations
Location: 15 minute walk to centre of city or short walk to Metro station for rapid transit all around Brussels.There are a couple of well regards eateries near
Really helpful and friendly staff.m Anna on reception went out of her way to assist me during my visit.

Room was disappointing.

Room was disappointing. No safety for kids as large windows were opening fully on higher floor. Room furniture was pathetic. No water/tea/coffee arrangements were available in the room. Very small lift for access at least for my room and it was scary to use it.

Great value for money

There was a very helpful girl on reception when I arrived and I was able to take the room early. Basic and comfortable room, close to railway station.
