Most of the facilities in the hotel was closed including the reception desk. No house keeping service until we checked out. TV was not functional !

Stay only if you need to be in the innovation park
The key to this hotel is location. Ifg you need to be on the innovation park - stay. If you don't then I would envisage there are more comfortable offering available. I didn't even have a curtain on my bedroom window. On a positive note the breakfast was very nice.

A nice place to stay
This was just a one night stay. The hotel is nice which is good there aren't options in the area. I did not have time to do my normal run so no real idea about the area. Breakfast was pricey at 15 euro and Ihad to cook my own eggs, I have never seen that before. I thought there was a stack of hard-boiled eggs but they were raw! I recovered and was able to fry the egg myself. Also, no green tea...no tea with any caffeine was available at all. Luckily I had some with me. Non-coffee drinkers need to unite in some way. I liked the place though and would stay there again if in the area.

Good for business stays
Staff were very welcoming but the room STANK of smoke and had a sock covering the fire alarm. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant and the room very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere next to the airport - there is nowhere locally to eat or drink but the onsite facilities were very good.

A typical business hotel, in a location that’s more for the business traveller than tourist. The bar and restaurant offers good food ( though I have stayed here before and found the kitchen closed) rooms are comfortable and clean. Easy parking and overall a sensible choice if you are visiting the area.

Noisy and restaurant closed
2 out of 3 nights have been noisy, 1 evening the other guests (a group) was very noisy and slamming doors. The other night personnel was putting trash outside after midnight (dumping bottles in containers). I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant on site, but on 2 nights the restaurant was closed due to private events.

Not great
Pretty much in the middle of nowhere. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. Very noisy, woke up several times a night because people on the hallway. Small rooms, poor wifi, kicks you of the network every 20 minutes.

Gd location just off m-way but on industrial estat
Hotel is well located next to the Brussels ring road and the motorway to Brugges/Calais. It is off the motorway and I didn't hear any noise from road. It is in the middle of an industrial estate, and hence no places to visit in walking distance. Easy to drive into the centre of Brussels. Not a good location for public transport into Brussels. Breakfast was good in a decent looking restaurant. I would use again if visiting the same client in that part of Brussels.

Nice business style hotel outside city centre
Nice business style hotel, located about 6km outside city centre. 5-10min walk to nearby train station with short ride to main station in city. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Nice hotel restaurant. Free parking, plenty of spaces, free wifi and free buffet breakfast (mainly continental).

Nice place to stay
The hotel staff was helpful when we wanted to get a cab they called one for us. The room is a bit small but average size for a European hotel. The breakfast was breads, meat, cheese, yogurt and cereal. Overall a nice place to stay on the edge of the city.

Functional Hotel for Business
Had a one night stay chosen for location reasons for business. Rooms were a little small but the decor was clean & pleasant. The hotel is a box on an industrial estate but served a purpose although I felt a bit like a battery hen once inside. Having said that, the attached restaurant was actually very good and served an awesome steak. Wifi worked well and I was allowed a password for each device I needed. Would use again under similar circumstances.

Good value hotel close to Research Park
I have stayed at the Gossett several times, always when on business to the Zone 1 Research Park. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, check in and out is trouble free and usually quick. The on site restaurant does not offer a lot of choice but the steaks are really excellent. Might get hard to find alternatives if you stay more than one night. Breakfast was previously a bit of a let down but seemed to have improved this time with more selection. The location of the hotel is not ideal of you want to go somewhere for the evening as its not really in walking distance of anything interesting but as a stop over for work it fits the bill nicely.

Quick and easy no-frills stop
Needed a decent room at the last minute that didn't break the bank, and this place fit the bill perfectly. Room was FAR nicer than expected, had A/C, most everything was well maintained. Breakfast was excellent too!

Exelent hotel, well positioned and comfortable. Can you please explain why on booking the cost of the hotel was 115Euro per night. As i was acyually charged 122.5Euro per night. I presume you can explain why this has happened and this will be reflected in the average room rate for your rewards scheme. .
