I paid for the reservation in advance and once I got there the hotel was closed, couldn't get in contact with anyone, phone or email. Terrible experience... I couldn't do even the check -in. Still waiting for a refund.

So, so.
Hotels often provide tea or coffee as a matter of course. This hotel charged €2.50 per pod. Not very welcoming.

This hotel was close to the Tour de France route. The staff directed us to the best ways and places to see the race. Very helpful and friendly.

Dear, Thank you for your stay and review about Hotel 322 Lambermont Brussels. I am little surprised about your worries concerning the the mobile antenna .Maybe you don't notice but mobile phone which you used to call and communicate is also giving electromagnetically signals too....

Brussels meeting
Clean and basic have hotel if you have things to do in the area. Out of the way and isolated for tourists to Brussels. I had meetings nearby and was convenient but would not stay there for other reasons. Breakfast was good but on the expensive side for a hotel like this but with more options than expected.

Great little friendly hotel
Great hotel in nice location. Staff were great - all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good - everything you could want and all fresh. Very nice staff in restaurant and kitchen. nothing too much trouble. Rooms are a bit dated but bed very comfortable. Only criticism would be the sound insulation in rooms is poor. You can hear all noise in adjoining rooms and corridors- probably due to hardwood floors etc but can keep you awake. On the whole a great little friendly hotel and very good value. Will definitely stop here again.

Nah, ‘this was not for me!!
I will never stay there again!! Misadvertised as there was no air conditioning, breakfast was incredibly expensive so I did not go for it. Staff was ok but service was somehow basic.

The only good thing about this hotel is location.
1. Hotel is an old one and needs renovation and modernisation. 2. Furniture is old; sofas in the room are not in good condition. 3. Hairdryer in bathroom did not work. 4. Bathroom was small and shower bathtub was tight and narrow. 5. Price and rate of the room is only for it's location and that's it. Apart from the location which is great in terms of access to public transport, it is not worthwhile paying for such a service and such a place. 6. Hotel staff were nice and friendly and tried to help as much as they could at different occasions. I would not recommend that overall.

Nice hotel near Parc Josaphat
Nice comfortable room. Very friendly recption staff. Gluten free option available in the hotel restaurant. Bus and tram stops just infront of the hotel. Parc Josaphat is right opposite to the hotel.

Clean, friendly and conveniently located
The staff was great, the bed was really comfortable and the place was clean. Breakfast was 15 EUR but it was worth it! Wi-Fi worked fine. The room I stayed in was on the 7th floor the elevator only goes to the 6th therefore you have to walk an extra flight no issues for me but some other pp may have a problem. The are two ways to get here from the airport. Take Bus 272 drops you off about 5 blocks away or take a tram & bus and get dropped off right in front.

Lovely orange juice
Room was functional. Shower looked like something from Star Wars inside a startlingly coloured bathroom. But breakfast orange juice was the best.

Hotel is a little bit noisy since it's on a corner of two streets. WiFi - is it so hard to have a good WiFi these days? Room is quite big but breakfast restaurant suffers of lack of space. It's not near downtown. There's a bus station in front of hotel taking you to the downtown. It takes approximately 20-30 minutes each direction.

LAMBERMONT WELL PRICED AND CONVENIENT
I stayed here to visit family in hospital. The staff, particularly Henri Paul, were STELLAR, and helped me with every aspect of my stay. The location is on both major bus and tram lines, so convenient. Neighborhood felt safe and premises as well. Good for solo traveler.

Hotel has different quality rooms, so depends what you get. They are smokers pleasant hotel. Room services are very good (cleaning, paper & towels change, etc.). Location is Ok, There is few bars and stores 150 - 200 m away. It has good public transportation connections. Overall assessment - very good for those who not appreciate the city center.

Great hotel. Newly refurbished. Customer service was first rate and the room rates were reasonable. Comfortable bed and convenient to mass transit. 20 minutes to Grand Place, tram then subway.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and a nice size. It's not the best area though, being on the outskirts, and the beds were much too soft and lumpy. Also, the hot water in the bathroom isn't very hot even when it was put all the way up. Also, the rooms should have been heated more.

This is a GEM of a hotel. I stayed for 2 nights in a superior double room and will definitely return. Yes, there is traffic outside, but it's in the City! And there was triple glazing so it didn't disturb my sleep at all. The room was uncluttered with modern decor. The shower was divine. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced; friendly and exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was excellent; hot and cold food, freshly made on site, including home-made bread. Within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel there were several bistros and cafes; I would highly recommend Brtasserie Cochaux. Great value for money.

Don't get tricked...
Stay clear from the "small" rooms falsely advertised such way to make you believe you are getting a proper room for half of the price. Unless you want to stay next to the elevator shaft in a shoe box.

This is a very pleasant and comfortable hotel near to public transport and accesible to Brussels centre on public transport A big plus is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who are five star!!! The bedroom lighting needed some fiddling with and some indication as to how to turn it completely off woulfd be welcome to the tired and disoriented travellor. Its easy when you know how.

Hotel 322
Hotel is clean and staff friendly at keen to assist. Lacking is the provision of any food other than breakfast. Also charging €2.5 for coffee in the room is a really steep. Not even a biscuit to go with it. Breakfast was adequate but expensive and the cost was not advertised. €18.50 for scrambled egg on toast. Maybe it is a Brussels thing.
