Staff was super friendly; Edwarth was great and very accommodative. Hotel was easily accessible (only 8 - 10 minutes walk from the train station), clean, and in a busy tourist district. Room, however, was small. Breakfast area was tiny with very limited options. Will happily recommend.

Great location, very clean and comfortable rooms, wonderful staff. The air con didn't work well - it was the same temperature no matter how cold I set the thermostat. I opened the window to let in the cold air instead, which worked well.

This was a great location to see the Grand Place and other historic locations, souvenir shopping and great meals. The staff were extremely helpful with train times, holding our luggage and offering help if needed.

No privacy. The bathroom, no curtains and very cold there. Construction down stairs, breakfast area too small and no variety of food. You can hear everything from the street. I’m not recommend to anyone to stay there.

Great location!!! Reasonable price. Few steps to Grand Place and Central train station. Busy neighborhood, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Coffee shop on the first floor was convenient. You have to pass through the coffee shop to check in.The receptionist, Virginia, was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room 505 had a great view..new bathroom! Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location
The hotel is in a great location. The staff is nice, the room was clean. We had a tub (not a common feature). Only complaint is the mattress was not the most comfy. Overall great hotel and I'm happy with my stay though.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay when visiting Brussels, especially at Christmastime. It is conveniently located to shops and restaurants and the central train station. There is a coffee shop in the lobby of the hotel, which adds to the charm. The rooms are nicely furnished, the bed is comfortable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate our anniversary trip. We are so glad we chose to stay at this property!

The location is good (close to Grand Place), but extremely noisy day and night (6am-2am). Even on the 4th floor the street noise was excessive. I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it’s something to be aware of and consider if you’re looking at staying here.

Great location, cafe below hotel is bustling and provides great brunch options. Staff are AMAZING friendly and helpful. The room however leaves much to be desired. Worst than any budget hotel in the UK (didn’t think this hotel was meant to be ‘budget’) room was outdated with the only benefit being a kettle and bed (not usually a problem as we don’t stay in hotel much) but the bathroom was awful. Dated, grime in all the grout in the shower. Terrible shower curtain that if you didn’t get just perfect would allow water out and flood the bathroom. Luckily the cleaners didn’t only come once every two days to replenish towels as we had to use them to mop up every day. Though there was kettle none of the tea or coffee was replenished so had to buy our own. Which was difficult as there’s no fridge in the room to store milk or water. (Didn’t expect there to be but if you’re not replenishing tea coffe etc it would’ve helped) also there’s no robes (stated on website there is again not an issue for us but still) another touch that would’ve helped possibly be and iron in the room as peoples clothes can crease in suitcases? Would visit for the cafe but wouldn’t stay again

Stayed gere for the Christmas Markets and it was a perfect lication as only 5 mins walk from Central station and within minutes to all the best attractions. Breakfast was well worth getting as there were hot options which were cooked for you as well as continental options. Staff were all lovely and looked after our bags before and after check in.

This property is in a good location near the central square of Brussels. It is a short walk to the main bus/train station if you want to go to another city by train and if you want to just explore brussels you can do so from here without worry. The hotel itself is a bit small and cramped and in the back of a coffee shop but this is traditional for the area.

Can I just say that this hotel is great. Great location, a few minutes walk from centraal station and literally a few steps from Grand-Place. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and the staff are great. A special mention to Pablo on reception, so helpful and really went the extra mile for us. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The staff were amazing! Great location and very walkable! Lots of food options with a cafe downstairs! The only issue I had was the heat wasn’t really working but the staff helped me switch my room the next day!

I recently stayed at the Aris Grand-Place Hotel, Brussels, between 18th-21st November. When making the booking, I booked a Classic Double or Twin Room, 1 Double or 2 Twin Beds. Upon arrival I was informed by one of the receptionists that this type of room was unavailable (an entire floor was out of use due to an adversarial circumstances) and I was downgraded to a room with a single bed. I felt obligated to take it as I had no other options. This was a bad start to my trip and I feel I should have been informed of this well in advance. Additionally, on my last night I came back to my room and found that the room had not been closed properly after the housekeepers had been in servicing it. This was infuriating and I informed reception straight away, thankfully nothing was stolen.

You were not at all bothered by the change of the room, a change that was not mandatory, should you have not accepted we would have made the necessary to provide you with another room.As you seemed so understanding by this issue, we furthermore offered you breakfast for your stay that you did manage to enjoy during your stay. Regarding the open door, after checking the cameras, we’ve noticed that when you left the room on the 20th the door was not properly closed. We invite all type of feedback, especially negatives one, as they best allow us to improve ourselves, we strongly believe that your review does not reflect the actual events that took place and all of the efforts made by our staff.
