Terrible stay
The bathroom was from the fifties and I could barely take a shower in it. Instead of a shower, it was a really old bathtub, pretty horrendous. The room was cold, had no heating. A man just came wondering into my hotel room while I was sleeping and mumbled something about technician. When I tried explaining this to the clerk at the desk, he didn't understand a single word. The only words he knew to say was "Hi, thank you sir" and so on. He then proceeded to sigh at me which was pretty rude! Pretty terrible stay.

Photos are nothing like the hotel is right now. Very, very old and poor facilities. Rooms not very clean. Just one lift that mainteinace staff uses, so you Can’t use at all. The área is not very nice. I wouldn’t even pay 40 euros for it. Definitely doesnt worth the 122 I paid. We changed hotel, even when we lost two paid Nights. Staff is not very helpful either. We forgot something that wasnt delivered when we asked for It!

My room stank of cigarettes. The bathroom fixtures were a disgrace. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly, the water that pooled in it was full of hairs and smelled awful. The room looked like it hadn't been decorated in 30 years.

Filthy and dilapidated facility. Torn drapes; old and filthy carpets worn out to the floor; broken bathroom faucets; flea infestation; loose stair steps and a shameless management advertising this place as a 4 star hotel. Shame on Expedia as well for allowing trusting clients to fall into this trap. Expedia helped me find another hotel at 4am but would not credit the first. We paid for 2 hotels simultaneously.

dated decor and in need of one good DYI. Bathroom mouldy and skirting very dusty. Breakfast room was cleaned out by a group of lost like students who landed around 7:30.

The space is great and rooms big, but needs some work and carpet cleaning or wood floors. Sad to say but in bathroom there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The staff was great with checking in and out. For a speedy short stay a good place and great location.

This hotel is not 4 stars hotel, but actually 2 stars. Checkin is friendly and very fast. The room is big but not truly clean and smell bad, the bathroom is too old. This hotel absolutely need to be refreshed. Breakfast was ok Globally it is ok for the price

The hotel rooms were totally verging on dilapidation. The first room offered had a weird odor. When I went to the front desk to ask for another, they actually went to the room to make sure I hadn't used it. The next room (no odor) was worse than the first! Would definitely NOT recommend.

Very basic room but adequate. Friendly, helpful staff. Gave me the room before noon for which I was extremely grateful, having come on an overnight flight from North America. No towels, shampoo, or soap, but immediately came and delivered those upon request.

Hotel rated as four star, but was rather tired and worn. The room was quite spacious and clean. There was quite a lot of traffic noise from Avenue Louise and the team stopped just outside which although convenient added to the noise. I did not spend much time in the room or go for breakfast as I was visiting family.

Surprisingly good hotel in a good location
I had a triple room with balcony. A strange layout with the main bed and the bathroom on a mezzanine level up stairs. It was very spacious, clean, warm, quiet and the balcony was nice, though not much of a view, as you might expect. It was a little in need of a refurb. The carpet in the stairs was needing replacement, that sort of thing, but generally very good. They had a three gang electric extension lead, which was really useful. WiFi only worked in the room, the door side of the room, and certainly not on the balcony. I had room only but the restaurant does not serve dinner but there are a number of restaurants and bars just round the corner and the road was perfectly safe, even at night. Trams and buses stop 50m from the hotel, so easy to get around by public transport.

Shower faucet broken
The hotel is badly in need of top-to-bottom renovation. Only one of two elevators functioned. the carpet was worn and had numerous suspicious stains. The worst thing was that the shower water contras were broken and did not function. I had to wash myself with a bottle of mineral water. The shower was obviously damaged before I arrived and before the cleaning team did their work. How is it possible that the hotel staff did not notice this problem and correct it. This was a terrible stay, and I would never recommend this hotel to anybody!

Horrible hotel
We were 3 adults, they gave us a very spacious, double height room with a double bed & a full bathroom on the upper loft & a double bed & WC & wash basin on the lower floor. Now the terrible facts about the stay..the room was dilapidated, everything was broken or non functional, the air conditioning didn't work, we sweated the whole time & it was suffocating & the fridge didn't work, all our food got spoilt..the bathroom door was broken, the wash basin tap was broken, it was stained & dirty everywhere, the bathtub drain was clogged...the carpet was thread bare..the curtain was stained & dirty..pillows were flat..the staff didn't clean the rooms at all nor the toilets..they didn't change towels, no soap or toilet paper was replenished, we had to go down to the reception desk & ask for it. Overall a terrible experience..
