Very helpful and friendly staff

Posted Mar 4, 2017
Pros: Good staff. Open reception area with seating.
Cons: Fix room equipment.
Location: Near Weil's art museum and Horta museum but on and off local transport for everything else. Brussels card have reduced entry to museums and was good.
All the staff were friendly and helpful with facilities and information and spoke good English. Good choice for breakfast. Room cleaned daily well. Hair dryer hanging off wall in bathroom but still worked. Light bulb which did not work was replaced at once. We spent 8 days there and were very happy with hotel. Limited eating options nearby but some good patisseries and we bought quiche or pastries to take back to the room in the evening or ate in town before getting bus or train back. Excellent transport network, brilliant museums and art galleries. Brussels people generally very polite and helpful. We had great holiday.

Pleasant hotel in a quiet area of Brussels.

Posted Jan 5, 2017
Pros: Rooms are spacious and I like the area of St Gilles.
Cons: The breakfast.
Location: There are plenty of bars and restaurants in St Gilles. Also the Victor Horta museum is in this area.
A very pleasant stay. The hotel staff are really nice.

Nice hotel with a European flare.

I stayed here during a business trip. It is 15 min walk to Brussels Midi train station. The hotel was nice and breakfast was good. The hotel staff were excellent. I would stay here again.

hotel location is 1.8 km from train station

Posted Jun 28, 2016
Cons: internet, change carpet, renovation.
Location: there is nothing around, it is in the residential area, the train station is 1mile, which is 1.609 kilometres, quite a walk with the luggage.
Hotel is far from Midi station, internet connection in room number 29 was very slow, carpet dirty and missing parts, bad smell inside room 29

Four Days in Bruseels

Posted May 6, 2016 on Hotels
A good 3 star hotel in an average neighborhood with no quality restaurants in the near vacinity. The room rate probably represents fair value in an expensive city
