Very Nice for a weekend stay in Brussells!Posted Jan 7, 2016
I loved Belgium and this hotel played a huge part in it. It's in a good location, very close to everything, and is very spacious. Room was big along with bathroom. Enjoyed my stay here!

My room was NOT sound proofPosted Dec 22, 2015
Pros: Location, polite and helpful staff.
Cons: Room 405 is NOT soundproofed.
Location: Try restaurant Peck 47. It's nearby and they serve wonderful breakfast like food.
Unfortunately, I have to give this hotel only 3 stars. While the location is perfect and the hotel stall is exceptionally nice, my room was NOT sound proof, which made it pretty much impossible to rest. I was upgraded and stayed in the room 405. The room was clean and nice, but I could hear every single noise in my neighbors' rooms: from bathrooms sounds to hiccups. It's like everything was happening in my room. I'm not a light sleeper, but all the noises made it pretty much impossible to rest. Another thing that concerned me is that is I could hear my neighbors, they could probably hear me and it made the entire stay very unpleasant. I would recommend the hotel management to fix this problem. Other than that, it's a very nice room. But because of this problem, I, unfortunately, will not recommend this hotel. Another thing is breakfast. It's good, but VERY overpriced. There are lots of places around the hotel, that serve very nice breakfast/branch for much more reasonable price.

Chrustmas markets by Aussie Travellers.Posted Dec 20, 2015
We choose this hotel due to location and were not disappointed. Staff on front desk very helpful, near station but everything in walking distance.Very safe location. Only critical which won't effect everyone is that housekeeping make up rooms in afternoon and we found that they called out to each other very loudly and if you are trying to have an afternoon nap can be annoying. Having said that not everyone staying there will be worried by this and they do a thorough clean so don't be put off.

Luxury hotelPosted Dec 15, 2015
Pros: Very comfortable hotel. Staff helped with everything. Quiet room, which I asked for, and certainly received, thank you.
Cons: The hotel & expedia need to get their act together to decide whether to say breakfast is included. And advertise that at 1st an amount will be taken.
Location: Great shopping centre, with a food court (Citi2)
When I booked the hotel, I was told on the website that breakfast was included, and this is one of the reasons I chose the hotel. However when I arrived at the hotel I was informed it was not. I was disappointed, and considered this misleading advertising. Also an unexpected large amount was taken from my debit card, which was surprising and not pleasant. The rest of the stay went well, a beautiful hotel, in a good location.

Expensive and getting more soPosted Nov 26, 2015
My main complaint about staying at this very expensive hotel was that just about everything was overpriced. The room was, of course, nice and quite roomy. But - for example - the "free" tea and coffee provisions were pretty meagre - tough on anyone like myself who likes a lot of sugar. Paying €7.20 for a top up was really over the top. And the cups were paper - yuch! Similarly, the €29 for breakfast was really OTT - I didn't bother. I think that gives quite the wrong impression for a high-end hotel.
