Proprietario molto simpatico e colloquiale.

Decorative hotelPosted Jun 17, 2015
Pros: Location and colourful decorative property
Cons: Tea /coffee maker needed in rooms
Location: Few meters from Grand Place and very close to Brussel Centraal Rail station.
Have stayed at this hotel earlier too. Very close to grand place and just 5 minutes from Central Station. The owner is friendly and accommodative, even opened breakfast room earlier so that we could have breakfast before catching early morning flight. Printing of flight boarding pass is done by reception on request. Rooms are spacious and very well period decorated and clean. Daily housekeeping is done with fresh towels provided. Breakfast is decent and filling too. Ample restaurants are just outside this hotel. Worth staying at this hotel

Forkert værelsePosted Jun 17, 2015 on Hotels

Prinz aus Zamunda lässt grüßen...Posted Jun 17, 2015 on Hotels

Think Twice to Stay HerePosted Jun 14, 2015
Pros: The location. The hotel is very close the major attractions.
Cons: Add a phone, add a big bottle of drinking water for the entire hotel, replace dead light bulbs, provide non-usable plastic cups, freedom for breakfast
I booked this hotel in the last minute because I did not have many choices. Our first night was terrible. The room was tiny and dim, the window was broken and could not be closed, a light bulb was dead, only one small drawer existed, and the room was facing the street so the loud noises stayed on until past 2 am. We were seriuosly thinking about a change of hotel but realized we could not since we already paid Expedia. I complained to the front desk. The next day, they moved me to another somewhat bigger room in the back with less noise; otherwise, our remaining 3 nights would be unbearable. If you plan to stay here, expect the following: No phone and no air conditioning in any room, mosquitos, no drinking water and paper cup in the hotel, a dead ligh bulb in the room (in our 2nd room too), 2 REUSED plastic cups in the bathroom, and 1 hair dryer available but nothing else. For breakfast, you can only eat whatever they gave you--the same thing every day (a croissant, half of a stick bread, some cheese, a small cup of coffee or tea, and a small cup of orange juice). This is essentially a medieval hotel in the 21st century! Their sole goal is to save every penny possible and make as much profit as possible rather than to serve you. If you have a better choice, don't come here.

Incredibly cute hotel located right at Grand PlacePosted Jun 7, 2015
Location: Walking distance to Grand Place, Mannekin Pis, Musical Instrument Museum, Cathedral of St Michael & St. Gudula, Royal Museum of Fine Arts & Town Hall.
I fell in love with this hotel from all the lovely photos posted online and it was just as beautiful in reality! They staff were fantastic. The reception initially made a mistake with the room allocation, however, they were able to remediate it straight away and offer us a more than suitable alternative. Everything inside the hotel was clean and well kept, extremely comfortable beds and great natural light. Overall, I was definitely impressed by this hotel - especially as it was affordable and right on Grand Place! Perfect for anyone visiting or working in the main square.

Pretty Cool!!!Posted Jun 6, 2015
This place was decorated in detail and was impressive. The room itself pretty spacious. It's not luxury but for the price I am a very satisfied customer! It is kind of noisy since it's right in the center but every place located in a center in Europe is noisy! Bring earplugs! The location also couldn't be better!!!!!! You can walk everywhere including to the train station which is a huge plus.

Dump .Bizarre .Posted Jun 2, 2015
If I will write this review, it will be longer, than "War and Piece". Bizarre dump. We were afraid to lay down on the bed and were sitting the whole night. If we would stay longer ,we would loose the money but would find another hotel. It lots of Good hotels in the neighbourhood, please go somewhere else. This hotel should be 0,star.
