best location since it is in the city center

Pros: that it is inside the city center
Cons: Air conditioner to be present in rooms
Location: the hotel is in the middle of the city center, you can reach all shops, restaurants and touristic places while walking from it.
Everything was ok except that there id no air conditioner and a fridge in the room

Great hotel in centre of Brussels

Helpful staff

Pros: The location was great. The staff were great. It was on the main street so I expected it to be noisy. There were double pain windows so it was quiet
Location: It was about a 8 minute walk from the train station. It was a 1 minute walk to the main square. It was on the main street near all the shops.
The front desk people were very helpful. We especially want to thank Maddie who was extremely helpful. As soon as we came in to check in, we were offered a chocolate. They had 2 bottles of water in our room that was much appreciated.

Don't believe the pictures!.

Pros: The staff.
Cons: Lots.
Location: The hotel is hard to find and in between a Chinese casino and a supermarket.
The photos on the Experia site show lovely spacious suites and rooms, this may be in part of it but we were on the third floor, the room was big enough, the bed comfortable and a decent bathroom but that is it, the view from the room was of the rear of the hotels and surrounding buildings and that was only visible if you were 6ft tall with the sill of the 2ft wide 3ft high window being at shoulder height, a handle could be reached by standing on tiptoe so fresh air could be obtained otherwise it was just a square to sleep in, the hallway was uneven and had an old carpet on it. The hotel pictures give a very misleading view of what you can expect and the breakfast is poor in variety and extremely poor from the hot point of view. OK for a night or two but if we had been staying for a week we would have been asking for our money back. The safe did not work and neither did the only coffee machine.

Central, economical and welcoming

Excellent 1 night stay at Hotel Saint Nicolas recently. Located in the heart of the city, close to Grande Place, with plenty of nightlife spots and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, the bathroom modern and the bed comfortable; the WiFi also worked well. The staff on reception were welcoming and friendly and a slightly later check-out was accommodated. Highly recommended for a city break or business trip.

Great hotel

Customer service first class and very helpful lift was good I am disabled wheelchair user and was made to feel very welcome they were helpful and kind and always with a smile would always go back if visit Belgium and highly recommended to all my friends

Decent place for the amount of money asked.

Stayed at one of the studios. Expected it to be a bit bigger but was fine anyway. Very well located, a bit noisy (1st floor looking to the busy road).

It was good, clean and very presentable. However, there was no bedside table (for alarm clock) nor was it possible to turn out the lights from the bed - luckily I had a small torch
