Konden de conversatie van de buren, die zeker niet te luid spraken, woordelijk volgen. Dit soort kamer met een tussendeur naar een andere kamer, hoort niet in een dergelijk vier sterren hotel verhuurd worden!

Three days in Brussels

Pros: Large flat screen TV and good shower, comfortable bed
Cons: The public areas and restaurant
Location: Well located.
I usually try to stay in Sofitel or similar hotels of a similar standard, and know what to expect. On arrival at this one in Brussels I was mildly shocked by the ghastly decor, a cross between a two star hotel in Las Vegas and a Middle Eastern bordello. It was about 9pm and decided to have dinner in the hotel restaurant with my son, a lawyer, who I was visiting. One look at the noisy place crowded with people who evidently enjoyed this type of place, we spun around and left. I went to reception to see if I could amend my booking and spend just one night instead of the three I had pre-paid for, but was told that I couldn't. We dined well in the city in a modest but tastefull restaurant. The hotel room was high standard and comfortable but in the morning I avoided taking breakfast, and when I left rushed to the long escalator that connects the hotel to civilisation, I vowed to be more careful in future. I am intrigued to know who "designed" this establishment for Accor. Calling it a Sofitel, demeans a quality brando

Hotel bien situé proche du métro mais bruyant pour les chambres donnant sur l'avenue Les chambres sont très propres mais petites Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et de qualité

Celebration Weekend

Pros: We enjoyed all aspects of accommodation and service.
Location: Located on the beautiful Avenue Le Louise strolling is fun! The magnificent central squares are a comfortable walk. Cafes and restaurants abound.
From the moment our taxi pulled up at the hotel, our experience couldn't have been more delightful. The room was very comfortable and the bed divine... We had drinks at the bar, and dinner in the Crystal Lounge - also very positive experiences. All staff were friendly, courteous and obviously well trained: more importantly, all seemed to enjoy their jobs and genuinely made our stay memorable.

Fabulous hotel

This hotel is fabulous, the reception area through the corridors & to the rooms are decorated beautifully. The service we received from everyone we came in to contact with was great. We were upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious, & comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in, which was just what we needed after long days exploring Brussels & Ghent. We will definitely be staying in Sofitels again.

Very Comfy!!

Pros: Great location and very clean.
Location: We were only there one day. We did the hop on hop off bus, which I would not recommend. We mainly did shopping, chocolate and beer.
Stayed at the hotel for two evenings. Spent one entire day in Brussels. The staff was very helpful in everything they did; including, getting us a taxi to the train station in the middle of a strike. Excellent work!!!

Definite 5 Star Hotel

Difficult to find because of location and shared parking lots. Everything else was great if you have a rental car to get to the sights.

Das Hotel ist zentral und gut gelegen. Sehr freundlicher Service. Saubere Zimmer, guter Zimmerservice. Reichhaltiges Frhüstücksbuffet. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Lärmpegel der angrenzenden Diskothek ist bis in die oberen Etagen vernehmbar.
