A bit annoying to have to keep ringing the buzzer to get access to the hotel since they don’t have a facility for the room keys to open the main hotel doors. Had to wait for a few minutes in the cold since reception wasn’t staffed.

Simple and convenient
Very attentive and respectful staff, extremely clean room, extremely comfortable bed, excellent soundproofing between rooms, complete equipment for a 3-star hotel. I recommend with confidence to those who come for work or business purposes, but without the pretension of organizing meetings with partners in this location. The hotel is just a place where you can have a good rest, work on the materials you need to prepare for the purpose of your work and all this at a decent price. In conclusion, I recommend this hotel.

We had no problems with this stay. The area was a little busy and not so clean, but it didn't bother us. The traffic and tram noise subsided at night, and wasn't bad with the windows closed. The AC worked great, the room was a little small, but clean and above acceptable for the price. The staff was very nice. Check in and check out was very easy.

You get what you pay for
It was very much what you pay for. We had the smallest kind of room, which was very small. It took us a while to get the air con right so a lot of the time the room was stupidly warm, even hotter then outdoors! We couldn’t get the temperature in the bathroom down, so it smelled so bad and was uncomfortably warm constantly. We left our bags with reception on the day of checkout and when we went to get them back we couldn’t see anyone and couldn’t find anyone. The room where our luggage was, was left open so we went and took it all and walked out without anyone seeing us. There were more bags there and it just felt very unsafe!

We are sorry to hear that you had these issues during your stay. The air conditionner works well and we are always open to help any guest who struggles with it. There's always someone at the reception unless he's busy helping any other client. The luggages left at the reception are placed in a safe room and many security cameras cover the entire space. This is a small hotel but the room was really nice. It’s in front of the Tran/bus station and it’s about 15 minutes walking from the city center. We didn’t have any problems there and everything was fine.

It was okay. The room was a bit small - you couldn't walk past the end of the bed without knocking into the TV. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and the shower head would not stay in place. The windows didn't really keep the noise of the main road out. The staff were friendly enough, and the place seemed clean with a comfortable bed.

Thank you for your comment. The single room is the size you can see on the pictures online. We're sorry for the noise coming from outside. You're always able to ask in your reservation for a room who's not on the main road side.

Tidy and clean rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. My room was a little small and there aren't really any frills, but no complaints for the budget.

The bed was comfortable and reception staff was helpful. Unfortunately there's a serious problem with maintenance in the hotel with broken tiles in the shower, light above the mirror in the toilet was not working, air-conditioning unity didn't work and its display flashed all night, sofa upholstery was worn off, window handle was loose, orange juice was very watery, milk from the coffee machine was very diluted and multivitamin juice was off/acid.

Room was good in budget, however washroom was a nightmare. There was no hand showers for bath, no curtains/partition for bathing area which makes the entire floor wet (even beyond the bathroom) when someone takes a bath. Room was not fully sound proof , as it is beside a running road you can expect sound whole night tram buses cars. From central area of Brussels, however it was well connected with public transport. Metro /tram/bus station was also nearby hotel.

I recommend it for casual stay
Staff are friendly and helpful. If you are happy with minimal amenities (not too much toiletries, towels etc) this is perfect place. Cosy and very clean quiet hotel although it is situated by metro station. I wouldn’t walk by Brussels Noord station though.

Hotel ok for our stay but needs refurb. Room clean and bed comfortable. Corridors very tatty. Helpful to have a fridge and managed to get a kettle from reception although initially they forgot to send it up. Great shower but floods bathroom and nowhere to hang a towel to dry so had to ask for new ones the second day (not very eco-friendly). Quite a bit of mould forming with no fan as well. Two power cuts which plunged us into darkness but thankfully went back on fairly quickly each time.

The new showers are not yet entirly finished and some rooms miss hangers, indeed. Very pleasant staff! It's weird that there was no garbage can in the room and I'm pretty certain that the minifridge was not connected (but also not accessible to check the connections). Unfortunate that there was early morning construction in the alley beside our windows, but that's not anything the hotel has control over.

It’s a ok hotel for 1/2 nights. Super close to Brussels North Station and reasonable convenient for other locations. Manage expectations…it’s a 3 star hotel not a resort. The receptionist (man) is super friendly however the manager and others workers are quite rude. Do not expect too much from them. Just ask just the necessary.
