Friendly welcome upon arrival, able to check-in to our room early and park the car securely. Every floor had a lounge that guests could use which we did to have a pre dinner drink. The kitchen on the ground floor is available 24/7 for drinks, snacks and this is where breakfast is served. Fantastic hotel conveniently situated for the 29 bus into town.

We had a sleep 6 with only one toilet. It was housed in such a small space you could have a wash in the sink whilst sitting on the toilet. It lacked toilet roll holder and a hock to hang the hand towel. There was a small room which could have been converted to house another toilet. The apartment was spacious, warm and clean. Lots of wardrobe space. The breakfast and selection of food on offer was superb as was the lovely touch of the fridge being well stocks with refreshments and the 24 hr availability of cakes, biscuits, fruit and chocolates. Reception was very helpful. Overal a very enjoyable stay. I would recommend the larger apartments but not the studios unless you are small.

I stayed for three nights on my own as a businesswoman working near the EU buildings. It's situated on the edge of Schaerbeek so quite a way from the centre. I was in the main building (#3) What I liked about this property: Room was very clean and spacious, there were lounge areas with balconies overlooking the gardens, breakfast buffet was included and there was a good choice of basics, staff were friendly and helpful. Easy 20 min walk to the European Quarter plus regular buses. Close to nice restaurants near Berlaymont. 15 min walk to the best Irish pub in Brussels (James Joyce). What I would improve about this property: It's basically a block of flats and not a hotel (not what I was expecting) so perhaps make that clearer in the description. Check-in was a bit informal (given the keypad code to my room on a post-it note), I was at top of building and it didn't feel like there were other people around which was a bit of a safety concern, there was no tea-making facilities in my room and I had to go down 4 floors to get to the kitchen. What really needs improving: no lock on the inside of the door. Therefore anyone with the keypad code could have opened the door in the middle of the night. This definitely needs fixing for the single-person rooms. Overall my personal opinion is: clean, handy for EU working, would recommend for couples and groups but not for women travelling on their own until the lock issue is resolved.

Fabulous apartment and great location with good public transport links - easy to get downtown and to the airport. Man on reception was super helpful. I will definitely stay here again - it absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Amazing Bank Holiday Weekend Stay!
We arrived early on the day and was offered an upgrade on our room from 2 separate rooms to one large family apartment free of charge. They even allowed us to have free breakfast on the day of arrival as well! The apartment was amazing, large, clean and had everything in it which you could have wanted and more. The host was extremely friendly and helpful from helping us with the accommodation to navigating the city and its hotspots. For some larger cars the garage could be a bit tight however for us it was perfect. We would 100% recommend this gem. It isn't too far from the city center and close to the EU commission/parliament and the Parc du cinquantenaire. The breakfast was good as well it did its job and had a wide variety available. Amazing place 10/10

The property is a unique concept with a very pleasing environment. It’s not your typical hotel but has all the services you may expect from one. Very friendly and helpful staff who made every possible effort to accommodate the guests. Good food and many choices for breakfast and the 24 hrs access to the kitchen with fresh fruits and drinks. The property is located in a very dense residential neighborhood across the park and not far from the airport which makes it noisy at the time otherwise the building was always very quiet. I must agree with other reviews that the parking garage ramp is a challenge to use and there are no street parking.

The room was good size, as indicated, clean, stocked with basic amenities, nothing to complain (we were one night) Couple rough edges, since this hotel.claimed not having front desk, was expecting room info in email/text which never received in spite of multiple requests. However there was a sort of front desk and from that point on, it worked out ok. Other small detail was, even though we reached 3 hours after stipulated check-in time, room was still being cleaned and made ready. The cleaner was polite, smiling (not much English) and did a good job though. But for that 30 mins, we had to wait and get out of her way. Overall, nice stay for 1 night.

These accommodations are amazing! The units are clean and spacious. There is someone onsite to ask questions, and it is a great location out of the very touristy area. The staff was wonderfully helpful and very kind.

I will stay here again
It is a great place to stay. It is not far from EC so I enjoyed walking to Berlaymont. A supermarket (Delhaize) is nearby and you can go to Grand Place by bus (#29) without a transfer. The room was clean and well maintained. Staff was ready to help. Most of all, having breakfast in the back yard was refreshing every morning. Their breakfast buffet is very good compared to the room rates.

Clean, Comfy, Cosy - a hidden gem
Great and comfortable stay. As you approach from the outside, this appears to be a residential block of apartments - however, once inside it's quite different. Myself and partner stayed in a hotel style room, rather than an entire apartment - as with any hotel there was a breakfast area (with good buffet-style breakfast) and to our pleasant surprise many shared communal areas (garden, roof terrace, at least 2 sitting rooms on the top floor. There were also snacks such as biscuits, fruit and sweets put out in the communal areas As some other reviewers have noted the underground parking is tight. Very tight - but it is secure, and free. Just be very careful if you have a large car. This place really is a hidden gem - we'd both happily stay here again!

The apartment is huge, bright, very comfortable. It felt like a real home from home. The receptionist directed me to a large supermarket nearby with plenty of easy meal options. Proper coffee maker and coffee supplied. Even a juicer! I really felt so much more comfortable than being squeezed into a tiny hotel room. Breakfast was amazing! Will definitely consider staying there next trip to Brussels.

The receptionist is really nice and warm. He helped us a lot in parking and tour introduction in Brussels. The facility is new and we have lots of common places to meet people in this residence. I enjoy my stay very much!

Pros : We loved the plants. Bathroom in our room was one of the best we came across so far. Duvet and pillows filled with feathers - overall very premium experience even though we booked the cheapest room. Good breakfast. Free parking. Cons : the underground parking was very, VERY narrow and difficult to navigate.

We were unable to leave on time one morning as the front doors were locked with no way for us to unlock them. We eventually wandered through the dark underground parking area and found a way out of the building. This was more than a little frustrating, not to mention a bit of a safety issue in case of a fire. One other issue was checkout. We were told we could check out at 7 am only to find staff that simply told us “no” when we asked. I don’t believe they spoke English, so it’s possible they didn’t understand what we were asking, but they never tried to assist us either. Overall everything else was ok, but nothing really impressed me at all. I can honestly say we won’t be staying here again.

Good but avoid the garage
Make sure that you have a small car, because if not, don’t use garage of the hotel. It’s is extremely narrow, you can make damage to your car. Breakfast is good. Bed is comfortable. Everything is fresh and new. I would stay again.

The guy at the reception was very nice and helpful, the size and the equipment of the apartment was really good... the breakfast was really good and the location was amazing.. the only 2 things that made it not perfect was that the space for parking was very tiny and the fact that the elevator was broken the last night we stayed in so we had to walk up and down the stairs including with our baggage... but overall very good value

Amazing work by the staff, waiting past their nightly deadline to ensure we arrived and checked in safely, even switching our room to a lower floor when they realized we had lots of luggage on the way to the airport the next morning. Room had all the amenities necessary, enough space, great secure parking. Breakfast selection was plenty. Will stay again if opportunity arises.

The apartment was amazing --BEWARE- NO AC- lucky it was not hot when we visited as having 2 floors the heat will rise and the second bedroom will be hot. But overall it was amazing. The staff was very helpful just make sure you get all the important iformantion as the receiptin is only open from 7am-10 pm. The breakfast was amazing. A little weird the way the buildings work lots of codes to get in from the gates to the apartment. I will definetly recommend this place, you will find coffee, sugar, tea in your apartments. Loved it and you have access to an area in the reception that you can grab water, fruit etc. very welcoming.
