Surprising but pleasant!
The Customer service in the hotel is not up to par. If a client walks in with an electronically confirmed booking and it somehow does not appear on the hotels own platform. The staff should have the decency to at the very least check with the booking platform to verify instead of jumping straight to charging the client. It’s customer service 101, common sense!!!

The hotel is located very near to all the amenities. Shops and public transport is very close. Hotel is clean and breakfast is ok though not a lot of selections. One thing I would like to point is that out of two lifts only one is in working condition and at times you may need to wait to get a lift.

Hotel could do with a bit of tender care but the staff especially the male member on reception who gave us great assistance when I needed to go to hospital were very good.

Newly opened hotel - some rooms appear they are unfinished and dearly in need of renovation. The room was practically bare, with nothing than the bed and an old table and pair of chairs. Balcony off limits due to broken flooring, bathroom old and tired. Service good, breakfast ok.

Cool rooms, medium hotel areas.
The hotel lobby and common areas are a bit over-used - so not really nice for meeting others or spending time in. However, the room was pretty clean and good looking: modern and spacious compared to other hotels in Brussels. Of course, this hotel is way better than other ibis in the city. The area around the hotel is lovely and there are plenty of restaurants and cafeterias. I can recommend this hotel!

The room was of good size but there was dump on the ceiling and bathroom. There was noise from works been done in the daytime. The breakfast was very basic. I asked for a awakening call that they never did!

The picture of the room is so different from the actual room we got. The room is old and not clean. There are cobwebs behind the heater. Even the toilet needs a makeover. Liquid soap seems like it is diluted with water. Breakfast was okay. There is a tram station by the corner. And the staff are friendly and helpful.

Window frames were dirty, curtains were dirty, shower was dirty. The hotel is good if your staying one night look elsewhere if your staying for more days. The breakfast was ok

Ok for a short stay
For a short stay hotel is ok Staff could have been more welcoming. Room wasn’t that nice (my room anyway) carpet was sticky, not sure what the substance was but didn’t really feel comfortable going barefoot. Ceiling looked like there was a leak and paint was peeling and discoloured. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nice and the communal self serve coffee machine was good to have in place of in room facilities. Easily disturbed by the noise of the elevator doors banging.

We had a wonderful stay at the IBIS Styles on Avenue Louise. It was comfortable and spacious for European standards. The staff were very friendly and it was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. The hotel is located close to Flagey and Place du Chatelain and are walkable. Grand Place is about a 25 min to 30 min walk depending on your speed. I believe we got great value for our stay. Thank you.

Great staff
When I turned up I was disappointed to have a room with a shower but once I spoke to a staff there they were happy to upgrade the room to a bath and the room was great big and relaxing. The staff were helpful and friendly to talk to and made you feel welcomed I really enjoyed it over all.

Throughly enjoyed my stay !! Lovely guy greeted us gave us room key problem with window so immediately upgraded us to a suite !! Nina on reception during the day was so helpful and gave us great directions and a map and tips on where to visit and see !! There is no restaurant on site but Michael Collins across the road food is beautiful!! Only downside first is buffet breakfast nobody around to ask for spoons how to use egg boiler etc girl on Saturday morning was very helpful!!

Hotel was basic but clean. A bit tatty in places i.e. carpet a bit worn. In a nice area but not close to centre, although trams get you into centre easily. Breakfast continental with a good choice. No tea/coffee facilities in room but free machine in dining room that you can use at all times.

The hotel's location is brilliant. Good connections by tram! Personnel is very friendly. I was travelling with my cat and we felt very welcome! It was my first stay at that hotel but definitely not the last!

Review of Ibis Louise hotel
My stay was adequate, a bit less than some of the other Ibis hotels I have stayed at in the past. The location was fine, I just didn't care for the design of the hotel. A odd thing was how the rooms were numbered. I got the hand of it, but it was odd.

When you entered the hotel, the awful condition of reception makes you to leave that place. The room offers the minimum, a bed, two chairs, and a table. Don't expect anything more than that. The room seems to be clean. Minimum number of towels.

Nice clean hotel in good location
Reasonably priced and in a good location. Walk to centre (Grand Place) in 30 mins, but easy access by Tram or bus. Close to very good near bars, restaurants and shops. Rooms comfortable and clean. Late breakfast available until gone 11am. Staff very friendly and helpful

Pleasant stay at the Ibis
Simple and effective accommodation in Brussels. Now my third stay at this hotel, it's always reliable. Great beds, clean rooms, decent bathrooms. Tips that could be made for improving the stay would be to have a kettle and mini fridge in the rooms, and possibly a bit more breakfast selection. Small things, but if added could really make a difference.

Good value hotel in Brussels Louise
Pleasant hotel. Relatively spacious room, with comfortable bed, very good value for Brussels. Good transport connections. Reasonable breakfast. Air conditioning noisy and ineffective but I was able to open the door to the fire escape and the weather wasn't hot so it was fine. The shower didn't work properly (stuck on central fierce mode) and the soap container remained empty (or blocked) even after I had complained. Despite this I would definitely recommend this hotel.
