Perfect hotel for a stopover at BRU. Reasonable rates. Free airport shuttle service . (Takes about 7 minutes.) Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Train station across from the hotel (although we’d didn’t have time to go into the city.) We’d stay here again.

I loved that the property is located directly across the road from the train station. The fact that it offers shuttle services to the airport which is just 5 minutes away, is really perfect. Great restaurant too.

Hotel is very convenient location for the train into downtown Brussels. Shuttle service is very good and only takes a few minutes to/from airport. Room is comfortable. A problem with the shower drain caused water to spill out of the shower area but was quickly resolved when reported to reception. Was disappointed to be charged for early check-in as room was ready. Had just arrived from the USA and wanted a shower. First time that I had ever been charged to access room early,

Not very welcoming but clean and business like. Although the menu is very limited, the food was quite good. Worst thing, however, was the tiny beds. I could hardly sleep in what was the size of a camp bed.

Hotel was fabulous. Rooms were large and clean. Staff were pretty friendly. Bar has a dull atmosphere. No TVs or music. Hotel is pretty far from town. Had to take train (right outside of front door) or taxi (50€) everywhere. Location was just overall inconvenient if looking to walk around/explore the city center.

This hotel is close to the airport (few minutes of shuttle service) and across the street of the small train station of Diegem; ideal for a quick visit to the city of Brussels. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The room was really nice and clean. There was the availability of housekeeping everyday but could be declined if you didn't want it. Breakfast was nice too. The property is situated right outside the Diegem station so accessibility is super easy, whether you're coming from the airport or from the city center, with trains approximately every half an hour. Only letdown was that their online service website for in the hotel requests and amenities had the option to request for a charger or an adapter for travellers but the reception did not have it. Minor issue but we managed with the usb charging ports in the room. Overall a very good experience.

This is my second time in this hotel, It is modern, clean, comfortable, with friendly and accommodating staff. IT is a 10 minute ride to the Airport and 2-minute walk to the train station. I only had dinner once, but it was very good. Snacks and drinks are also available. Will definitely book again next time I visit Brussels

Best Airport Hotel
The NH Hotel in Brussels is the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in! The hotel room is perfectly appointed and immaculately clean. Note: it was recently renovated. They provide free airport shuttle service to and from the hotel. Plus, free infused water, fruit and candy in the lobby. The lobby has a “convenience store” with wine, beer, snacks, toiletries, travel accessories etc. for sale. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful!!! Lastly, the train to central Brussels is directly outside the hotels front door. It took me approximately 2 minutes to walk to the train. Then 14 minutes on the train from Diegem (Hotel stop) to Brussels Center. Then approximately 3-5 minutes walk to Grand Place. Thank you NH Hotel Brussels for an amazing stay!!! Fellow travellers, you will not be disappointed to stay at this airport hotel. Book it!

Easy checkin, friendly staff, liked the breakfast area, bar and little convenience area for purchasing snacks and beverages including alcoholic ones. A very nice place to decompress from jet lag.

Rubbish airport shuttle arrangement
The point of staying at this NH hotel was the shuttle transfer offered by the hotel from/to the airport. Two days before I was due to arrive, the hotel messaged me to say that they have changed the shuttle to "on demand" and provided me with a phone number to call when I get to the shuttle stop at BRU airport. I landed at 1030pm on a Saturday evening and telephoned the number. It was the same phone number as the one shown on a 2 metre high NH Hotel sign at the shuttle stop. However, when l got through, a recorded message said that the number I had dialed was out of order! I waited 5 minutes and dialed again - same message! In total, I tried 5 times over 20 minutes with the same result. It was getting late and I was gettibg frustrated by this. As I walked round the shuttle stop to look for a taxi stand, I noticed a laminated A4 sheet of paper with a different phone number to call. Someone did answer and eventually, a hotel shuttle came. You can imagine how annoying this all was. I eventually got to the NH Hotel very late. Check in was slow and the staff had a "couldn't care less" attitude, chatting amongst themselves while booking me in, and took their time with it. During my wait at the shuttle stop, many other airport hotel shuttles came and went more than once including to Crown Plaza, Holiday Inn, etc. Had I gone with any of these other airport hotel, I would have been nicely tucked up in bed before the NH shuttle eventually came. Never again.

Dear Mr. Steven, Thank you for your feedback. I have verified your arrival time in the system and all the improvement points you have mentioned with the team. Your check in was processed at 10.48PM, which is 18 minutes after the landing. Our shuttle runs on fix schedule at .15' & .45', therefore if you miss the first one, you usually have to wait around 30 minutes to catch the next one. You have been informed to call upon your arrival because most of the guests need instructions as how to get to the shuttle stop from inside the airport. In that evening precisely, our general number was not available as of 8PM due to an unexpected technical issue. My sincere apologies for this.
