Very close to the main train station and an easy train ride straight from the airport, so the location is ideal for travel connections. Nice place, room is small but very clean and well equipped.

Great location - 5 min walk to Brussels Central Station. Close to Galeries Hubert and grand place. Wolf Street food market also close by. Junior suite size was very good for 3 people. Massive bed and the extra bed also good. English tv channels BBC1&2 plus ITV1 and news. Tv is old so no Netflix function or casting abilities. Room was well insulated and could not get the air con to work which meant it was hot at night. Slept with window open and street therefore noisy. Mini refrigerator, tea, coffee in room with iron and ironing board and safe. Toilet separate to bathroom. Bathroom had no heat in it. Also no extraction so mirror steamed up very quickly. No taps in bath so had to run the shower for the bath. Shower screen has gaps so water goes all over the floor making a massive slip hazard. Shower pressure was good. Toiletries were poor quality. Hairdrier was good. Towel size average. Slippers and robes were supposed to be on the bathroom but were not provided. Had to ask. Slippers were then provided but no robes available at any point despite advertised on website. Did not get breakfast in the hotel as felt it did not represent value for for money and no discount t on breakfast for a child. We went to Arkadi cafe, Le Pain Quotidien and Lloyd Cafe all close by. There is also a carrefour market near the grand place to stock up on snacks, drinks and fruits. Cleanliness of the room was generally good but furniture stained and hotel is getting tired.

The location was ideal for going to Easter mass at the Cathedral. The shopping and dining options were amazing. The rooms were clean, and showers were powerful. The breakfast buffet was quite nice with many options to eat. We had a power outage during our stay, and we were not able to take showers, or baths. We climbed the staircase to and from our 5th floor rooms, this was an inconvenience and hope this doesn't happen in the future.

Not the standard I expect at NH Hotels - old rooms, no insulation, old wall heaters and very dated. All the Other NH Hotels I have stayed in have had bars, rooftops, lovely rooms so it was disappointing to say the least. Our room was very noisy so we asked to be moved - which we were immediately, however, as reception stated - it would make no difference as all the rooms are the same - they were correct so avoid this one and stay at the other NH and don't be confused with the Title Grand Place as it is not next to the Grand Place

Great stay in Brussels!
This was a lovey place to start our trip. Good location to nearby shopping. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was lovely. The room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again if we return!

The location of the hotel is perfect! Its walkable to central station ideal for doing day trips. Its so close to the grand place and all other attractions can be reached using local trams and buses. The rooms are clean and decent. The only issue was the water temperature it was very tempremental.

Room was spacious, clean and had a comfortable temperature that we could control. Location was close to the train station and main attractions. Close enough to be convenient but a few streets away so it’s was quiet.

Very good hotel steps from the Grand Place, clean quiet safe. The showers are a bit small with old style shower curtains that occasionally wrap around you. Still, I would stay here again.

We had pre booked a room because we wanted bathtub but when we reached there they said that the room was not available as aircon was not working. They gave us another room which did not have a bath tub. When we entered the room we noticed that water was leaking from the air conditioner into the room which after us mentioning they sent a mechanic to fix. The AC was so loud and made it very difficult to sleep at night. The shower area also had issues. The drain was blocked and when we took a shower the water was flooding the shower area.

The hotel reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a few mins walk to town hall square. Also 5 mins to train central station. Very convenient to get train to other cities.

The wall mounted air conditioner was quite noisy and had limited controls. I found it was usually too cold and the fan speed was too high and couldn’t be adjusted to a low enough setting. This is the type of system I would expect to see in a cheap motel, not a quality hotel chain. The adjustable “makeup” mirror in the bathroom was mounted too high and someone had tried to adjust it and broke the mount so it was hanging loose. Light above bathroom sink was too dim. Shower area lights were noticeably brighter. I couldn’t get one of the wall mounted lamps by the bed to work. Overall the function of all the wall switches was unclear. Took several attempts to find the switch which controlled the light by the bed.

Visited Feb-March 2023. Perfect location to almost everything for walking. Central rail station is right there for getting out of the city for a day or two. The staff was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and beer selection in the cooler. Only bad thing was the shower. Had issues with broken head even after replacement, and have always disliked the type of curtain(that’s on me though).
