Great Hotel disappointing locationPosted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: the décor was fresh and well kept. Excellent TV and very spacious.
Cons: they could have used the vacuum cleaner during our stay
Location: unpleasant surroundings - dirty smelly streets would not recommend any of the local restaurants but Metro across the road so alternatives are easy to
The hotel was lovely but the experience was spoiled by the location. The surrounding streets were smelly and dirty which was a bit unexpected due to the proximity to the International Station. We did not mind the noise of the trains but if you need total silence to sleep this is not the hotel for you. Excellent breakfast buffet good choice and quality. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Nice hotel close to the train stationPosted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: Proximity to train station (literally across the street).
Cons: Better internet. Kept on being dropped from the wifi.
Location: 10 minute walking distance to many of the main sights to see in Brussels.
I had a wonderful experience. I only spent the night there but the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay again.

Very convenient for stationPosted Aug 3, 2015
This modern hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Midi train station. (The station for Eurostar trains to London.). Although the area round about is not the prettiest, the hotel is modern, very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast is a buffet, adequate but not exceptional.

Hidden chargesPosted Aug 1, 2015
Pros: eveything but the hidden tax
Cons: put all pricing up front
Location: Good food, carnival was right there, right across from the train station
Hotel was very good till they hit us with an 11 Euro city tax when we checked out (per room). I would not recommend it till they do apples to apples on pricing Dc

Lack of servicePosted Jul 29, 2015
We stayed for 3 days on the last full day our room was not serviced, bed not made, towles not changed tea coffee not replenished after I complained around 5pm about the lack of service, 2 staff members came to the room and gave us two new towles and nothing else. This type of service is not even good enough for a 2 star hotel. The location oh the hotel was good for the main train station, but there are several other hotels in the same area and I would recommend staying at one of them if staying for more than one night

편안한 숙박이었어요.Posted Jul 19, 2015

Double booked roomPosted Jul 3, 2015
Turned up at 11pm and given a room key, on entering room and turning light on we found someone else already in the bed which I am sure was as much a shock for them as it was for us.
