Brilliant hotel in the heart of the city.Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: everything. location. staff. good wifi connection, apple mac in the lobby. staff knowledge
Cons: nothing really.
Location: everything is close by.
Brilliant hotel in the heart of the city. 3 min walk from Grand Place and all of the bears and restaurants. Also, the central train station is about 2 min walk away. We were a family of 4 (kids age 2 and 7) and we had a great time in the hotel and in Brussels. at 20 Euro a head breakfast is expensive so we went to the supermarket each morning and spent 15 euros on bread/cheese, pastries etc and had it in the room. It was spot on. If we go again we would stay here.

Albergo centrale molto pulito e confortevolePosted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: Posizione, personale, stanze, colazioni.

Pros: Cleanliness, location
Location: Very close to Grand Place & all the restaurants of Brussels
Hotel is ideally situated for all the Brussels tourist attractions. The room was an ideal size with very comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was perfect for our needs. Only slight disappointment was that we were not told that all the contents of the mini bar were free with our stay!

Great central place to stay in BrusselsPosted Aug 20, 2015
Pros: Location, location, location! ... Right in the heart of Brussels, steps from Grand Place, steps from rail station (almost in it). Great deal.
Cons: Not much
Location: Rail station is close, almost running through the basement. Lots of activities and attractions close by, including great places to eat.
Staff pleasant and helpful; room clean and well equipped for the price. Not elaborate or up-scale. Not a lot of pricey amenities that I don't really want or want to pay for. Location of hotel is central to Brussels and great for easy connection to get to surrounding locales in Belgium via access to great rail system. Price deal for this hotel was a great bargain. However, at 20 euros per day per person, we didn't do the hotel breakfast ... might have been great, but out of our price comfort zone! Hotel was great value for money spent.

PESSIMO MALEODORANTE E SPORCHISSIMOPosted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: La posizione

Comfortable beds!!!!Posted Aug 10, 2015
We had booked a Standard Double room which was confirmed, however upon arrival we were told that there were no Standard Double rooms available and we could be upgraded to an Executive room..........for an extra 20 Euros per night!!!!!! As we didn't want to spoil our few days away we didn't cause a commotion and just went with it! The room was very nice and extremely spacious for European standards. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains a bonus. The hotel is walking distance to everything possible, and if its not then the metro is only a few feet away. This is not the type of hotel we usually stay in but the overall experience was very pleasurable despite the room hitch!

Hotel très bien situé. Propre, confortable.Posted Aug 8, 2015
Nous avons voulu visiter avec bébé en poussette. Mais le centre est entièrement pavé et poussette impossible plus de 5 minutes. Bébé était ballotté de tous les côtés. Prévoir poussette tout terrain.

walkable to many locationsPosted Aug 5, 2015
Pros: It was nicely located with good features and a deck and good shower and bed. the fridge was nice. I thought the breakfast was bit expensive.
Cons: breakfast was a bit expensive. Would have preferred it included, or more options at lower price points.
Location: close to many things in the central location of Brussels with beer, chocolate and waffles.
we enjoyed Brussels more than expected. I had been told that there were many chocolate shops, and i have to say there were more than I expected! wow! the Bars were nice with all the Belgium brews. Do have belgium waffles - the Liege type , they are so tasty. This hotel is nice, with good staff the speak english. I had 2 rooms and they had the set next door to each other. the rooms have a fridge and a desk. The room we had had shower and a Tub. We had window the overlooked the Smurf statue ,which I loved! It is close to central train station. We took the train from the airport and it so so nice to find the hotel welcoming. Novotel seems like a nice hotel chain and i will use it again.
