Airport Hotel, Brussels

This is a nice hotel. Smallish rooms are clean and well appointed. A little trendy and dark interior, lots of wood and leather, but with very good outdoor spaces. Staff did not mention airport shuttle stops at gate, not front door, and at dinner - 7:00 PM - all was closed except for the option of 1 of 3 pizzas. I think the kitchen closes at 6:00 PM, too early for me. I went for breakfast at 6:30 AM only to be told no hot foods were available - only cold. There are too many small things wrong to go again, I would choose another hotel next time.

Dear Maureen, Thank you for your feedback. Great to read that you loved our design. I truly apologize for the communication errors that occurred during your stay. We indeed have a free shuttle from-and-to the airport that stops at the dedicated penta bus stop at our parking entrance. This should have been communicated more clearly. Our hotel normally provides extensive dining possibility from 11am to 10:30 pm and smaller variety 24 hours a day. Due to the extreme low occupancy, the day of your stay, only the smaller choice range was offered. However, even then, the choice is plentiful and not limited to pizza's. I apologize for this, as this may not have happened. Thanks to your comment, we will inform all employees to communicate this more clearly. I sincerely hope that you give us the chance to make wrongs right again.
