Not reliable.

Room was nothing like the photo. I had two single beds instead of a queen/double bed. Even though I arrived early, the shuttle never arrived, so me and other travellers ended up missing our flights.

Bad hotel, terrible location

Shuttle service doesn't work between 9 - 6:20 & after 10:40. They use the one from the Holiday Inn. Round trip taxis from/to airport: €35. Tiny room. Literally, had to walk sideways in parts of it. Loud lobby music past midnight.

Although our rooms are not the biggest, they were carefully designed in 2015 to optimize guest’s comfort and to give them a contemporary design. This also reflex in the whole hotel where we try to give a relaxing atmosphere. Our airport shuttle schedule has slightly been changed from today on. The frequency of the use of the shuttle is concentrated during the morning and evening. This explains why we have opt for not having a 24/7 shuttle. Our hotel shares indeed the shuttle with other hotels mentioning clearly each hotel on the bus. We truly hope that we can welcome you back in our hotel in the near future. Kind regards, K. Pros: Close to the airport
Was not sure if this was in fact a hotel, check in at the bar, rooms very small.

Nice short stay

Pros: Airport shuttle starts at 5:10am Comfortable Nice decor
Cons: The bathroom door being a slide door cannot be completely shut. The cushion has hair on it

Small rooms and noisy.

I'm a bit disappointed by my recent stay with Penta Hotel. Last month I stayed at their other property in the city center and really enjoyed it, so I thought I'd be in safe hands when I saw their property near the airport. However, on check in, I was given a TINY room with a single twin bed located next to a busy corridor and next to the lift. After checking that my reservation was in fact for a queen / two twins room, I returned to reception and asked to be moved. No apology was made for this error. It seemed that the decision was taken on purpose by reception when they saw I was traveling on my own. I was moved into another room on a higher floor. Although this did have two twin beds, the room was VERY small and I think it would be difficult for more than one person to stay there, particularly with luggage. There was no place to put suitcases and still be able to access the beds easily. Keep this in mind if you are two people and coming from / going to the airport! Apart from this, the room was okay. The walls are quite thin so you can hear people next to you and the planes flying overhead. The only benefit of this hotel was the free and timely shuttle to the airport. There are many other hotel options nearby with this same service, so I would recommend that you go with another property.

Cool Boutique Hotel, great location, very clean!

Pros: Great environment, great music, clean room.
Cons: IMO the breakfast price is too expensive.
This hotel is close to the airport, and has a free airport shuttle. With this in mind, check on the website, the shuttle doesn't run all the time. When we walked in, they had wonderful lounge music playing, you could see people sitting having drinks in the restaurant area, and people were playing pool. We were quickly checked in, and had a wonderful room. This is a clean, newly decorated hotel. We also had free movies in our room and free wifi in this hotel! The restaurant, had amazing food! We ate there both nights of our stay. Prices are reasonable, and the food was delicious. Personally, the breakfast at 18 euros each was too steep for me to pay for. The hotel is within walking distance to the train, which for approximately 4 euros per person return was a great benefit. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Very decent choice for 1 night near the airport

What an agreable surprise! We were looking for a hotel to spend just one night near the airport before an early flight. The pentahotel was perfect. The room was a bit tight, but very modern. The lounge was very inviting.
