An ordinary room Nothing vip or gold about it I would prefer a shower room It’s called club but it’s ordinary Very small storage space Wardrobe is tiny. And no promised upgrade. Poor breakfast buffet

The property is definitely over priced for what is offered. The towels are old and the bed is not the most comfortable. Breakfast was a disaster, they ran out of food. Thankfully the stay was only one night.

When i reached the hotel i asked the receptionist to send someone to help me with my luggage from the taxi. I was shocked when they told me that i have to wait 45 minutes for that ! Nevertheless, during check in the receptionist was very rude with me. I booked a premium room. I was shocked to found how bad conditions the room is! There is a lot of marks on the wall plus the furniture looks not very clean ! The mixer in the toilet rusted!! Shame to call this place a 5 star hotel ! Definitely not coming to this hotel again & strongly not advising anyone to stay here !

Good option when in Brussels
Very well located. It is comfortable but the rooms are a bit small. We stayed 3 nights and they forgot to clean our room on our second day.

We had a handicap accessible room - the bathroom was not convenient for us - the toilet was too low and there weren’t any hooks to hang toilet bags and towels.

Hotel is decent. The service received from front desk was fantastic but maid entered the room to do turn down service when do not disturb was on. Bed was extremely hard and overall just had mediocre vibe.

In General the hotel is clean, staff is friendly. The the shower was awful, the shower water went all over the floor, made the whole washroom floor wet and not safe to walk on!!! We had to mopped out the floor ourselves after every shower!!!

Very nice and clean. Modern and fancy. Well priced for the what you get and location. Downsides: the bed was very hard, although the room had air conditioning, we were hot at night, the lobby smelled odd/unpleasant, and it took a long wait (>5 minutes) to check in & out (recommend doing the pre-check in to avoid the line. Overall I would recommend the place.

Great place to stay with a family, very close to great shops, restaurants, bars and the Grand Place. Also really convenient for getting trains from Central Station. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. Would stay again!

The hotel is great! Worth every dollar I saved to book it! Staff is very helpful, breakfast is great (don't miss the Belgian Waffles from the menu!), the rooms are nice and cozy, loved the toiletries. The location is perfect as you can walk to the Place Central, the galleries, the metro station and to restaurants and bars. I only have two major comments: -please add more towel hanger/hooks in the bathroom; there is literally no place to hang them, especially if there are 2 people in the room (you are also asking us to "save the planet" ... help us do that) -I am sure you can provide a better quality toilet paper! Overall great experience. And would definitely go back!

This was an okay stay. At first we were placed in a room without a bath, which was a specific request, but this was resolved quickly by Cedric, who arranged for a change of room the next day. Changing to that room was however a challenge and it was not ready until late afternoon, costing us a lot of wasted time when we could have been enjoying brussels. Unfortunately, that room then had a broken lock, which meant there was a real challenge in securing the room. We managed to achieve this and notified reception, who planned to fix the lock the next day. This did not happen, and not only that, but when the room was made up, the cleaning team left the door open because of the fault, and it was literally left ajar all day, until our return in early evening. We reported this, but the lock remained unfixed. The bath was also a big issue. It was very pleasing to look at, but needed an engineering degree to work, with a hidden plug and no instruction on how to access or use this. We asked one of the housekeeping team to assist, but she did not know how to use it either. Eventually, we got that working, but the tap was so slow that it took literally 30 minutes to half fill the tub. That aside, the rooms were clean, the beds and bedding lovely and the atmosphere very good. We would use the venue again, but with caution for the faults. Cedric on reception made up for shortfalls with his personality and exuberance. A great staff member who deserves to be singled out here.

Beautiful foyer and breakfast area. Very disappointed Bar was closed daytime and main restaurant was closed over Xmas. Chinese restaurant was only open evening and food and ambience was not good at all.

The hotel has no working a/c during winter and the rooms facing the inside of the hotel get extremely hot in the evening, there is a lot of room service trays on the floors outside that dont get cleaned as often as they should.

My room was not ready at check in time and no other room was made available for me. It was very rainy and indtead of offering a coffee or a soup or a dtink i was told to come back in a few hours. I came back after 3hrs and my room was stoll not ready, a. My room was booked and i psid extra for a third guest in the same room but only had accommodations for two guest. A bottle of sparkling wine was offered as part of my booking but was also jot in the room on arrival. After all that housekeeping woke us up at 8h45am to clean our room

The property was perfect, but there was one thing which was a little bit of a nuisance. Some of the water bottles and even some tray with breakfast was standing outside of the room for almost 24h without being collected. That did look strange when passing through the hallways. The breakfast of the hotel however was amazing with a lot of choices and excellent ingredients.
