Parking is a little complex when you forst arrive requires better sign posts or ones that are well lit. Check in staff were quite laid back for Ramada experience. Didnt feel a connection to the hotel however the staff next day were much happier and interactive. AC unit was not working and telephone was dead. Engineer fixed that. Overall 5/10 was expecting much more from Ramada.

We had a very pleasant stay at Ramada while visiting Brussels in November. It’s a short 20minute commute from the airport. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel which makes travel in and around easy. Reception staff was very friendly with Mr Muhammed who received us very kindly explaining how to get around in Brussels via public transport and arranging a cab for us for early next morning. The room was adequate but bit small but as we were spending most of the time outdoors was not an issue. Breakfast was nice with a decent spread and very friendly staff. There are shops and markets within walking distance and nice areas to go for a walk close to the hotel. Overall had a great stay at Ramada.

Comfy rooms, staff are pleasant, rooms are just a little "battered" in bathrooms etc. Good showers, I wouldnt have a problem staying again. Location wise was not perfect for me but that was my own fault!

The problem is the property is located walking distance to nothing. If you don't have a car, don't stay there. You can't even get a cup of coffee from a corner store without 20 min walk.

Staff handling of free breakfast was a disaster- We were practically "chased" away from the breakfast area and told it was not set up for us on our first day!. 2 different breakfast areas was set up, and one area practically had all empty serving trays. We attempted to go to the other area and was chased away and made to put back the fruit we tried to take. Later after another guest confronted a staff member and we got the manager, they apologized for the confusion. The area where there were empty trays was for the "free" breakfast and those of us who paid was supposed to be ushered into the area where there was an abundance of food. It was addressed and we were received very positively by the dining room staff following this incident. There was the second matter of asking for a wake up call. we asked 3 days in a row. Only ONE day was a call received. One out of 3 is pretty unreliable service!

The hotel was very nice. We ordered adjoining rooms through Expedia, but somehow the request was separated and our family of five was placed on the first and fourth floors. I protested and they fixed the problem (we were placed on the fourth floor in rooms next to each other but not connecting). The restaurant seemed to have a nice but very expensive menu. We ordered pizza (but not with their phone at a cost of 2 Euros a minute). The gym needs a make-over (in a dank basement). Make sure that you have tickets for the bus if you travel with kids from the hotel as they require each passenger to pay with a credit or bank card. The staff were very kind in ordering us a taxi from the hotel to the airport. However, we did not get a wake-up call for each room the following morning (so do not rely on that as a back-up); when we let them know, the attendant told us that the previous staff did not leave him a note. Taxi ride to the airport was swift and easy (about a 10 minute ride).

I think the staff's friendliness and hospitality was the property's winning point; the smiles were genuine, and they seem to get along and respect each other too. Besides that, there was a bus stop right outside the hotel and both directions had connections to the city center. The only negative point to the property (and that is just for me) is that the local TV channels were unavailable. I don't watch TV at home and like to indulge when I travel. Anyway, great place to stay if one wants to have access to the city, but not be downtown.

We had to unfortunately cancel our trip short. Ended up on stayin 1 night of our 4 night trip.. the person at reception said we could pay for just that one night plus a cancelation fee and get the rest of our refund.. however 3 months on stil no refund. Having booked via expedia I spoke to thwm but they also said the hotel management declined my refund and said they have no record of such a think. Absolutely unprofessional . The area around the hotel is also secluded unlike what their review says.

Friendly staff and the room we were in is updated. I like that they change your towels and clean you room everyday. Close to the airport and bus stop. The restaurant serves good food.

Nice clean property in good location close to airport. Staff friendly. Giving 4 stars only because they have a very awkward parking set up. It is just at the back of the hotel, but to get there it involves a 4km for several blocks and on a stretch of highway to get there. Set your google map pointer to the back of the hotel and that will ne easier for check in if you are driving. Also, they have a very confusing set up for the lights: you have to out your key card in a slot by the door, then walk in to turn on a master switch beside the bed, then you can go back to the front door to turn on the hall light? Probably a good energy saver, but not sure how much of that relates to people just dealing with the darkness...lol

Let me try to summarize: 1) We were in a triple room and only got 2 set of towels; 2) One of the days they didn't make up the room. We left at 9 am and returned at 6 pm to find it in a mess. We asked for at least clean towels and it took them 2 hours (!) and some very angry feedbacks to get them; 3) The irons (available at each floor) were all damaged. One of them ruined my shirt! 4) We had to wait for almost one hour to checkin. The staff is not sufficient to cope with the demand. So, all in all, I don't recommend it. Stay away from this hotel!

Before me staying in this hotel I was worried (as the reviews score was around 3.5) but once there I can say that everything was perfect, the room was spotless, clean and safe, the staff (especially.at the restaurant) were super friendly and hospitable, the hotel is really big and spacious, I would definitely comeback.

Great location to the airport. Worse parking experience ever, you’re better off finding parking on the street and paying for it.

Grumpy and cold staff - lacking warmth
The staff here are strange to say the least. It seems they don't want to be there. Grumpy on front desk. Lacking basic knowledge. Very poor impression for guests on their arrival. The hotel itself lacks soul and life. Partly because of the grumpy, almost robot-like staff. Partly because the hotel is trying too hard to appear chic and modern. Instead it is overly cold, clinical and lacking any personality. Finally, we were clearly promised a room with 3 beds and a sofa bed. But given 2 single beds + sofa bed. How do we sleep 2 adults and 2 children on this? Front desk response was a cold "that's how it is".

As the sofa bed is made for two persons, our family rooms can accommodate up to four guests. Nevertheless, we have duly noted your comments in this regard. Nice room and reception area. Great food in the restaurant and great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Some of the furniture in the room and in the restaurant was quite tatty and worn out. To accees the hotel car park, you need to drive about 2 miles to get to the rear of the hotel. Its best to get the address of the rear car park, and use this in your sat-nav.
