Nice hotel but VERY hard to find.

Posted Oct 20, 2016
There is a need for more road signs to the hotel or directional arrows. The hotel was hard to get to even with a sat nav and one of the streets had a huge concave hole in it. Used only by buses. An instructions MAP on the web page that can be printed would have been a Huge help.

In the area of Brussels with not many other hotels and close to the airport, it is rather convenient for a day or two of business meetings to save the travel time. Staff is mostly nice and helpful. Would not stay there unless pressed, though. Overpriced.

Disappointing

Posted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: The waiters were friendly and helpful
Cons: Provision of good value breakfast and snacks from the bar. Provision of reliable WiFi. Provision of beverage making facilities in rooms.
Location: Out of town - nothing nearby 3xvept shopping centre
I couldn't get onto WiFi, whatever time of day I tried the message was that it was unavailable and to try again later. There was no in-room tea and coffee making facility, only a machine in the foyer delivering poor quality beverages. The only light snacks available were also from a machine - the bar could not provide sandwiches, only full meals. The breakfast was horrendously expensive. The shower kept changing temperature, first scalding then freezing, then scalding again.

Cons: Breakfast was expensive--19 euro for adults and 9 euro for children. Looked good but was overpriced.
Location: The hotel is on the outskirts of Brussels. Very safe area. Restaurants close by.
Stayed in a triple room--beds were comfy and rooms were very clean.

Difficult if not impossible to find

Posted Oct 1, 2014
GPS could scarcely find the hotel because of dead end and blocked streets. Staff gave us wrong directions to the Airport. No coffee available in room, lobby or lounge until 6 pm. Parking is extra and not notated on web site. No bathtub. Over rated and over priced.

Good value hotel near Brussels airport

Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: Parking and location. Good staff.
Cons: Odd shower arrangement - had some flavor of Europe 20 years ago with a difficult to keep the water in the shower/tub situation.
Location: Location is reasonably convenient to the airport and if you have a car access to the center of Brussels is fairly easy.
Hotel is a good value. As hotels near Brussels airport are concerned it is relatively inexpensive. The rooms are reasonably spacious and very nicely furnished. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Location is fairly good and easy to access (when you follow the directions on the website). Parking is available - outside for free and inside for a not-too-unreasonable fee.

Two night business trip

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Location was convenient, room and bed was comfortable.
Cons: I would have liked the possibility to make a cup of coffee/tea in the room. Breakfast was a little manic, with a large tour party staying in the hotel
Location: Reasonable close to the airport and businesses in Woluwe
Fine for a couple of nights in Brussels, but not somewhere I'd be looking to stay for much longer

OK if paying budget price, good free WiFi

Posted Apr 30, 2014
Pros: WiFi Nice staff large rooms
Cons: Need more powerpoints in the room and a fridge. Rooms too dark
Location: Handy for nearby businesses - awkward for the centre
Have stayed many times here as it is convenient for me - it is a good economy hotel - but sometimes the price is higher than it deserves.

Car Park

Posted Apr 30, 2014
Car park is tucked away behind the hotel. If using sat nav use address Clos Du Lynx, Brussels to park in the hotel car park.
