Simply perfect

This was my second stay at this hotel. The facilities are above reproach: the rooms are beautifull and comfortable, the bar and lobby are welcoming. The clients i brought along with me loved it. It is also very well situated, roughly 8 minutes of walking away from the grand place. Just far enough not to be innundated by tourists yet close enough for access to dozens of great restaurants and pubs. What reallt makes the difference for me and will keep me coming back on every trip to Belgium is the staff. They greet you as if you enter their own home as a long lost friend. And the lovely Rym at the front desk is everything a host should be: friendly, warm, sociable and eager to share her city's sights and culinary expertise with travelers. I was sad to leave and can't wait to come back.

Stylish hotel in central Brussel

+Staffs are very kind. +Room was very clean, had enough space and was stylish interior. +The hotel is a little bit far from main stations (Central, Midi) +Room was upgraded.

Service is their trademark. Special mention to the Loudomilla. She was the best front desk, concierge and bartender in the business. A great employee if I ever seen one. The hotel should provide at night an additional person to aid in the chores. Rooms well attended, good breakfast, cleaning and customer service. Location is near the top attractions but not in the middle. I prefer it that way. Two thumbs up!

Excellent!

Pros: Decor, comfort and location
Cons: Nothing
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff are lovely and helpful. It is walking distance from all the main attractions in Brussels and also from the train station that the Eurostar comes in at. The room was very comfortable and everything inside worked well.

Parking is difficult to find

Very good hotel close to the main square

Location: everything was walkable
Staff accommodating, clean room, had trouble with the ac, found it hot in the room sometimes

Pretty good location, nice hotel

Location was central to almost everything, the only downside was it was right next to the "molenbeek ghetto" of Brussels which I think we all have heard about after the Paris and Brussels terrorist attacks. I recommend baiting the rental rants and bars just outside the restaurant, can't remember all the names, something d'hic, houstiplou, and a third. Very friendly people. Hotel staff were helpful and spoke English and the rooms were comfortable and clean with nice views and a French balcony. Would definitely go back.
