Rude front desk staff

I booked 2 nights, but stayed one night on '23 Nov 16' due to a travel change. I made room booking as "reserve now, pay later" option which allows such changes without paying the second night. The front desk lady she said they need to charge two nights, we couldn't agree, then the supervisor came over and repeated the same that they would charge two days even though I stayed one day because of Expedia booking. I objected politely that my reservation type and room was a refundable, cancellable room type, etc. We couldn't agree with the supervisor, I said that I would post a negative review on this, and he said this is blackmailing and unnecessarily raised his voice in front of other guests. Strangely enough they charged one night only. Rooms are great, location is good, but avoid having a dispute with front desk if you don't want to leave the hotel with a sour taste.

Bel hôtel mais chambre bruyante mais agencement pa

Hôtel tres joli bien situé et personnel accueillant mais séjour gaché car la chambre était vraiment bruyante alors que j avais demandé expressement une chambre au calme. Meme au 24eme etage on entendait le bruit de la circulation et l isolation phonique mauvaise faisait qu on entendait les bruits de passage dans le couloir. Vraiment pas acceptable pour un hotel de ce standing. La salle de bain ouverte sur la chambre n etait pas a mon gout. Dernier bemol, le choix des plats pour le room service pas tres allechant et tres peu d options vegan

Brilliant stay and very reasonable price

Pros: The room was wonderful and made the stay really worth while
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect. From the staff to the location.
Location: Very handy for the metro and for high end shops close by

Agréable, confortable

Location: Hôtel à côté des boutiques de luxe, proche du centre ville
Hôtel très agréable avec de belles prestations, des chambres confortables, propres, une décoration zen, moderne et soignée , une vue sur Bruxelles, située proche du centre, des places de stationnement devant l'hôtel

Beautifully designed hotel with very lovely staff

Excellent stay--hotel is in a great location, within 10-15 minutes from grand place and many typical points of interest. The staff is very warm and attentive and the hotel itself is very posh. It helped that I was upgraded and got to experience one their superior rooms. You get a wonderful view of the city while working out in the fitness center!

Great stay

Location: Great central location
Everything is brand new and very well designed but the walls seem thin and you can hear the bathroom from the next room.

Bad service at a lovely hotel

This is a very nice hotel with comfortable, well-designed rooms and great views of Brussels. Just avoid all interactions with the staff, who were rude and after a minor miscommunication which inconvenienced us greatly, made it very clear that we weren't worth assisting in any way. We did not even receive an apology for what was a clear error on the part of the staff. Most hotels would comp breakfast or provide a similar gesture when they are caught in an error. Terrible service at an otherwise lovely facility.
