Amazing

Probably the best hotel I been to! The view of the city just looked too great and there's no word to describe this place. I will surely come back to this hotel and it's a must!

Pros: room layout/view and the exercise room
Cons: the aroma in the lobby was overpowering..... it wasn't unpleasant, just too much
Location: shopping in fine stores
visiting Brussels for the first time, loved being near all of the churches

Pleasant Stay

Hello, Lovely Stay at The Hotel over New Years, it was a real shame there was no music in the bar on New Years Eve despite a full bar, it would have been nice to have some atmosphere!! Asides hotel staff were very accommodating during our trip, and the room was lovely, spacious and modern - although you could hear everything in the room next door!! Thank you.

Wonderful Hotel

Our favourite hotel in Brussels by a mile and we travel extensively for business. If you are thginking of the Sheraton (our least favourite hotel in Brussels), choose this instead.

Excellent hotel with great service and a good location. Unfortunately, the breakfast food is so-so and the price of breakfast is an extortionate 27 euro. The bed was a bit too hard.
