房間很舒適乾淨,窗外還可看到街景~有提供洗髮精、護髮乳、沐浴乳、身體乳液,很好沖洗味道也很清香!飯店接待人員親切,要到大廣場需步行15分鐘左右,對面很多商家,吃東西方便

Cons: El min bar. Te ofrecen el servicio de mini bar gratis en la tarifa, pero solo te dejan un refresco, una botella de agua y una cerveza al día.
Location: Es muy buena ubicación, tanto para turista como de compras. Está en el corazón de las tiendas de más prestigio.
Muy buena relación precio instalaciones. Realmente es un hotel de lujo a un precio accesible. El personal muy amable. El restaurante es muy bueno, de alta cocina.

great location and friendly staffs

Location is great, next to metro & close to brand new stores. Walkable distance to everywhere. Staffs are very friendly and it was my 3rd time staying in this hotel. The buffet breakfast is very good.

Ok but not wow

The hotel location is great, they also upraded me as Expedia gold customer. The breakfast is nice, could have more variety but is good. The big con is the staff who can be rude at times. I also asked for a blanket and got a dirty one in my room.

Modern hotel with great views over Brussels

Pros: Moderm rooms and efficient staff.
Cons: Price of the drinks at the bar a bit on the steep side.
Location: Near to upmarket shopping and close to Avenue Louise. Convenient for the metro too.
Only stayed one night but enjoyed the modern feel and excellent service from a welcoming front desk team. Rooms are modern and higher floors provide an excellent view over the city. Elevators are impressively quick for a building of this size. If I return to Brussels I will certainly book this establishment again.

Good location

Pros: Good location
Cons: Staff could be more knowledgeable about events happening in Brussels.
Location: Lots of lovely designer shops around this area. Also lots of restaurants and coffee shops.
The Hotel is very big and modern. The staff were quite helpful but as most of them did not come from Brussels, they were not very good at giving us directions and we got lost a lot. We were there for the European Commission open day which only happens once a year and is a huge event in Brussels yet the hotel staff we spoke to did not know anything about it. The rooms were a good size and nice bathrooms. When you use the lift, you must scan your room card first. Once I went into the lift without my card and the lift doors closed and it would not move. I was stuck in the lift for 10-15 minutes and although I did press the alarm button, it took a while for the lift to be sent to the ground floor. The staff later told me that if you get stuck in the lift, it will always go to the ground floor but there were no signs about this so how are guests supposed to know this. The restaurant did not have a great choice. There were no vegetarian options on the menu and it was closed on Sunday.

Pros: The room is very modern
Cons: Nothing
Location: About 15 minutes to walk to everything. Tram nearby.
Upgraded room perfect, excellent service. Perfect situation and secured.
