Great hotel for visit to Brussels

Stay at this hotel for business but great for getting out for a walk and easy to go sight seeing. Staff very friendly, rooms very clean and spacious, good value for money.

Great position hotel

Location: Up market shopping on Ave Louise and Toisson D'or very close by. Good public transport links
Large, comfortable room in nice area of Brussels at a very good price

Rubbish One Night Stay!

Cons: Staff should pay more attention to special requests on booking forms when allocating rooms.
I have stayed at the Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie numerous times when staying overnight in Brussels on business and it has become my hotel of choice . I have always asked for a quiet room and until now have never been disappointed. On this occasion my request for a quiet room was ignored and I was allocated one was right next to the lift (Room 101!). The room vibrated every time the lift operated which was frequently and all through the night.

Spacious room, good location

Pros: Spacious and well decorated room. Very effective staff.
Location: Close to the center; many shopping opportunities, and a good choice of restaurants nearby.
We really enjoyed our stay at this well located hotel in one of Brussels' main shopping area. We had a very spacious, quiet, and nicely decorated room for a very competitive price. The staff was really helpful and kind. Being quite familiar with other hotels in Brussels, I warmly recommend this one.

An excellent Hotel for a city break

First time in Brussels so I wanted to stay near the Town / High Street. It's only a short walk to shops, sights and its not far from the Eurostar train station. Great location. Gym was clean and suitable. Room was lovely. The main reason why I choose this hotel. Spacious modern and had character although I chose to upgrad so my room was probably better than most.

Exceeded my expectations!

Pros: The big spacious room and a whole lot of quietness
Cons: Room cleanliness-there was a napkin in my room that had JW Marriott tag. I am not sure if it was intended or just left behind & forgotton to be picked
Location: Location wise its great. Le Grand, Palais Royale and other attractions are all reachable using tram, metro.
Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The room provided was a well kept & a very spacious room. Although, I wish the lighting in the room could have been more bright. The room's cleanliness could be worked upon (for cleanliness freaks like me!). The location is great and offers amazing connectivity to a whole lot of attractions and even though its in a buzzing street, there is enough quietness to not be disturbed by noise.
