I have stayed at the Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie numerous times when staying overnight in Brussels on business and it has become my hotel of choice . I have always asked for a quiet room and until now have never been disappointed. On this occasion my request for a quiet room was ignored and I was allocated one was right next to the lift (Room 101!). The room vibrated every time the lift operated which was frequently and all through the night.
