Exceeded my expectations!

Pros: The big spacious room and a whole lot of quietness
Cons: Room cleanliness-there was a napkin in my room that had JW Marriott tag. I am not sure if it was intended or just left behind & forgotton to be picked
Location: Location wise its great. Le Grand, Palais Royale and other attractions are all reachable using tram, metro.
Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The room provided was a well kept & a very spacious room. Although, I wish the lighting in the room could have been more bright. The room's cleanliness could be worked upon (for cleanliness freaks like me!). The location is great and offers amazing connectivity to a whole lot of attractions and even though its in a buzzing street, there is enough quietness to not be disturbed by noise.

Gutes Zimmer, netter Willkommensservice mit Praline ind Bier. Spaciger Bar/Frühstücksraum, aber sehr gutes Frühstück. Und danke für das Zimmerangrade.

Pros: l'upgrade e la sauna in camera, il silenzio, la posizione e la colazione
Cons: l'accoglienza in reception. un po' fredda e scostante.
Location: ottima posizione centrale
Comoda posizione sul viale centrale dei negozi di lusso. Piccolo ma camere moderne, ben curate, dotate di ogni comfort. wifi incluso. Ottima colazione. Ci sono già tornata 2 volte. Consigliato.

좋은 호텔, 조금은 아쉬운 고객서비스

Pros: 최고 수준의 객실, 조식 뷔페등
Cons: 도시세(city tax) 현금결제
Location: 홍합요리, 초콜릿
비싼 가격만큼 좋은 호텔입니다. 다만, 현금결제가 되지 않는 도시세 지불방식은 조금 불편하네요. 4성급임에 호텔에 비해 프론트의 고객 서비스는 다소 불편하게 느껴집니다. (불친절하다는 이야기는 아닙니다... 다만... 좀... 배려가... 부족하달까요...) 전체적인 객실 상태, 조식뷔페등은 훌륭합니다.

Beautiful terrace with view over Brussels

I was so happy to discover that my 10th floor room had floor to roof windows and a huge terrace overlooking Brussels! The room was quiet and nicely decorated. I highly recommend this hotel!

Personal inkompetent!

Pros: Große Zimmer - lecker Frühstück
Cons: Personal muß dringend geschult werden - alles muß doppelt abgewickelt. Für Gäste nicht entspannend
Location: Hotel liegt relativ gut - in der Nähe gibt es Bus und U-Bahn Station so dass man nicht immer zu Fuß unterwegs sein muß
Zimmer groß - leider hat vieles nicht funktioniert!! Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht - mussten abends alles einpacken und umziehen. Wir bekamen aus diesem Grund neue Zimmer-Karte und diese funktionierte auch wieder nicht so dass wir nicht ins unser Stockwerk kamen. Später standen wir vor verschlossener Tür - also wieder runter und reklamieren!! Fernbedienung machte permanent Probleme - Problem wurde nicht behoben Leider wurde nur auf Nachfrage W-lan aktiviert - aber es funktionierte nicht da an der Rezeption falsch aktiviert wurde. Erneute Nachfrage - neues Passwort funktionierte dann endlich Nirgends konnte bei Buchung die Parkgebühr ermittelt werden - dann nach Buchung die Erkenntnis dass pro Tag Euro 28 fällig werden! Genauso funktionierte das Ausfahrticket aus der Garage nicht - mussten umständlich wieder zurück an Rezeption und erneut Ausfahrticket aktivieren. Auch hier erst auf Anfrage eine Erklärung dass wir hätten Notfallknopf drücken können

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby and the breakfast area are lively and nice.

Hotel with in a walk able distance to attractions.

Pros: Friendly staff and excellent find for the price.
Cons: if breakfast was included in price could'nt have asked for more.
Location: depends on taste and one has to start exploring.
Clean, spacious rooms with all the comforts like gym, sauna and bar facility. Hotel is 20min waking distance to railway station and city center. well connected with metro and tram facility.
