The hotel is located at a very good location, near to metro, Brussels Nord train station, shopping mall. Also, all the main Brussels attractions are within walking distance.

I feel thoroughly ripped off and disappointed with this stay. The rooms are tiny, there is ongoing construction work outside with jack hammering and other construction noise all day long which means you get no peace at all. The staff are arrogant and rude, the dining options are limited, the decor looks old and dated, housekeeping entered my room despite putting a do not disturb sign up. It is way overpriced for what it is and I would never stay here again.

The big problem was that massive noise from a construction site started at 7am. Poor noise insulation of windows made that even on the 17th floor is was like building was happening in the room

Extremely kind and lovely staff. Hotel is super convenient. You can walk to most places. Lots of eating and shopping to be done super close by. And other attractions are a cheap Uber right away. Huge plus, sauna with a view. CRAZY!!!

Bad experience, first we were in Brussels for the annual new year fireworks. As being an elderly couple, we did not intend to see the fireworks outside, this is the reason why we have choosen the Thon because of the tallness of the hotel. When we checked in we asked for a room from where we will see the spectacle, the person said that he was booking us in room 2405 where we would have one of the best possible view. At midnight on New Year's Eve, we realized that we were totally at the opposite side and could see nothing. Secondly, the room air comfort was not acceptabe, it was too warm and the window could not be opened, and the conditioner could not refresh. And the cleanliness was not that great. Overall, the worst place we stayed in our 12-day stay in Belgium.

Hotel was wonderful, we stayed here as a family and the room was perfect for a family with ample space. Just a side note, construction is being done nearby which was very noise from about 7am and there is a fair amount of road noise as expected in a busy city centre. Other than that I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Ps - the beds are very comfortable!

My 8 year old grandson said this was the coolest place he’d ever been in! The hotel and our rooms were beautiful and very spacious. Breakfast was outstanding. Our grandchildren loved the pancake and waffle makers.

This hotel is right beside a metro stop and close to lots of shops and restaurants. The room.was very clean, and staff friendly and helpful. The area is not exactly upscale but I felt safe foing out alone at night

I had requested for city side view with twin Bed and when we checked in it was one master Bed. We wer given another room on 26 F with same without city view. I paid extra for the city view and did not have time to create a nuisance walking to reception again and again. Staff lovely, room cosy but nice enough. Everyone in my party (7 of us) said what a great night sleep they had and complimented the mattress. The bar was heaving at the weekend and was very loud but you didn’t here this at all.

Great hotel.
Family trip to Brussels. This hotel is very well located. A short walk to the grand Place. Metro on its doorstep. The hotel itself is clean and modern. Gym and sauna facilities. Room are spacious, clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend

The stafff was super friendly, probably the friendliest guy I met in all of Europe. I cannot remember his name, but he was from China and has worked there for many years. We had a nice upgrade to have a superior view!

Neibourhood is sketchy at might, a lot of siren 24/24, but the facilities are very good but perhaps a bit pricey given its location. Staff is helpful and courteous. No iron board in the rooms , but there is an ironing room on the 3rd floor. Room service only available for breakfasts.

This hotel is fine, but I think it is a little less than what it tries to present itself as. The positives? The staff - phenomenal lovely staff (love David Z). Extremely friendly. The location is also brilliant if you want to be close to the old parts of the city and it was a 30 minute walk to most of my business meetings. There’s also a metro stop right at the hotel (Rogier). The downside is that it is extremely noisy. At 7am it sounded like chairs being dragged across the floor and I could hear stomping on the floors above me. A bit frustrating when you want to sleep. The building is run down, outside shops are boarded up. It’s very noisy, lots of sirens. The hotel looks a bit run down and I lost my ear bud under the tub because there was a big open space between the tub and the floor. (housekeeping helped me get it back.) Breakfast was a crazy 36 Euros (go across the street to Paul!) It was fine - but I think the property could use a refresh. And next time I will probably stay near Ixelles.
