We are always at your disposal to solve any issue during your stay unless it goes against our internal and environmental rules.Indeed, our hotel is committed to environmental sustainability, and as such, we activate the cold air of the air conditioning in accordance with the outside temperature. However, we do have air coming from our air conditioning in all our rooms and we do provide fans if really necessary.In any case, for the sake of the environment, we highly recommend to open windows rather than using air conditioning.Our hotel is situated in a prime location just 20 minutes walk from the city center, which is typically appreciated for its proximity to the European Quarter and well-served by public transport.
