Great location for the hotel, very close to tourist area and station. Room was very comfortable and we slept well. The rooftop bar had some great views and nice vibe.
So close to Brussels Central train station & the Grand Place! It was super close to a bunch of restaurants as well which was amazing. The only rough part was the air conditioning never worked in our room and it was really noisy with the window open which was the only way we could cool off.
Been coming here for more than 10 years, rooms are a bit run down now. Water 🚿 in shower drips all night. Rooms need some maintenance and paint and wallpaper fixed. I was in room 139
althout not new facility, it's vey well kept, excellent location near the old center, breakfast is very good.
I can in sunday and the line for the check-in was 20 min after a long drive, so they should have brought a 3rd person to help at the desk.
Over all it's a place to come back to.

Needed bottle opener but was told that will be charged for it. A first and a weird one
Fantastically located hotel only a few minutes walk from Brussels Central. Hotel has a lovely roof top terrace and bar, it was a bit cold during our visit but you get a great view of Brussels and it would be even better in summer time. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel overall was perfect.
Property was lovely and accommodations were comfortable. The rooftop had great views.
William at reception was extremely friendly and helpful.
Location was great: I was able to walk from Brussels Central Station. This is the main reason I booked; however, it is also walkable to Grand-Place and Manneken-Pis. I felt extremely safe. I would recommend and stay again in the future.
We loved our stay at the Warwick Brussels. Our room was spacious, clean and had a perfect street view! It is perfectly located next to the Central station and Grand Place.
Rooms are quite small and deserve decent redecoration and refurbishment. Bath should be replaced by shower…
No refillable soap and shampoo bottles!
We were not given an upgrade and a free bottle of wine! The only perk here is a walkable distance to Brussels central station.

Lovely hotel but you can see the rooms are in need of a little TLC.
Horrible, Terrible Stay. Stay away from this hotel
Our stay right from Check in to Check out was horrible. The staff is terrible and rude. To add to the woes, they were having some maintenance work due to which our entire room and floor was stinking of paint which we cannot stand absolutely. Paint work would be pre-planned so either they should not offer rooms on same floor or they should have informed in advance. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this property. We are Gold members at Expedia to which when I mentioned the staff says they do not care whether we are Gold members. They have got nothing to do with that and if its anything we should talk to Expedia not them.

The only negative was the lack of a pool and hot tub. After the cool rainy weather, it would have been lovely to have a hot tub to soak in!

The hotel location and staff are excellent. Early check in allowed for 30 euro should be waived for VIP access members.

Property conveniently located; however, rooms are very dated, cleanliness was also not great (makeup stains on towel, long hair on the bathroom floor). Room was also a bit stuffy even though Aircon was working. the Lifts need urgent servicing as they are grinding, and you can hear that at night in the room.

Check in no problem was having a relax in the room and then a big chemical smell came in the room we could not stay in the room due to the smell. We go down to reception to ask what the smell was and where told it was work going on in the car park under the hotel and the smell is harmless and would be gone in about 2 hours so the manger suggested we leave the hotle. We had planned to restbup for a few hours as been traveling all day but this was not an option now due to the smell. We could not believe that this work is taking place when there is people staying in the hotle even one of the reception staff had a mask on as the smell was so bad. On returning o the hotle 5 hours later the smell had not gone and only then the moved us to a new room. This is totally unacceptable and would not stay in the hotle again.
