Old hotel. Needs a lot of work- cushions ripped, walled scuffed and aircon doesn't work properly. Def. not 5 star And wouldn't stay again even for the cheap price

Pros: Just that it was a very comfortable hotel. Nice to come back to.
Cons: Just needs to be modernised in some ways. I was disappointed the lobby bar was completely closed the entire duration of my stay.
Location: It was bang in the centre of everything and I liked the fact the Brussels Centraal Station was so close + Grand Place + City Centre. Bars Restaurants
I had stayed at this hotel 34 years ago. I didnt realise it had changed its name three weeks ago otherwise I could have saved 20 Euros on a taxi fare. This hotel is clean and comfortable but I do think it neeeds a refurbishment. For some reason the panel doors in the corridor were all hanging off. The room was soundproofed against the street noise but you could hear noise from other rooms. The room was small but had all mod cons. Mini-Bar and tea and coffee making facilities plus a reasonably equipped bathroom.

A wonderful hotel in Grand Place

Pros: Close proximity to everything Professional staff
Hotel staff were professional and helpful Ideal location; close to everything, including train station Stayed in a premium room, very cosy, ample room for 2 adults to spread out Definitely worth returning on next visit to Brussels Highly recommended

Great location with a small hotel feel, excellent!

Pros: Location, staff and felt quiet
Cons: Room temperature / aircon
Location: Next to Grand Place and great bars/restaurants
The Warwick (Formerly known as the Royal Windsor Hotel) is in an excellent location 1 minute walk from Grand Place,..the reception is quiet and smart, the rooms excellent and the staff were top notch all round. The only negative for me was the room was very warm and the aircon didn't seem to work well....but as the weather was not hot wasn't a problem. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, as was the breakfast restaurant.

Great location, stylish hotel

Very nice hotel, at the heart of the city. 150 m from the train station to airport and international/domestic train connections. Sights, restaurants around the corner.

Confort de la chambre décevant

Pros: La courtoisie, le bon service, la propreté sont indéniables
Cons: Il y'à au moins 6 mois durant l'année où la climatisation ne joue pas un rôle aussi important. Juin ne fait pas parti de cette période !
Location: Emplacement idéal à Bruxelles ! Tout se fait à pied; la grande place, la gare centrale jusqu'au Mont des Arts. Je n'hésite pas à recommander cet hôtel
Je voyage par affaires tandis que mon arrêt à cet hôtel me permet de faire une pause. J'ai été déçu de constater que l'administration de l'hôtel a choisi de changer la climatisation de l'hôtel tandis qu'il faisait 24/28 degrés. Le manque d'air autant dans les corridors que la chambre, nous a forcé à changer de chambre la nuit suivante pour tenter de trouver un côté mieux aéré. Si ce n'était du personnel courtois et des efforts de ceux-ci pour compenser l'inconfort causé par la chaleur et le manque d'air, je resterais sur une très mauvaise impression. Étant donné que c'est mon 3e séjour à cet hôtel, je me permets tout de même de critiquer la décision de l'administration de faire ces travaux majeurs en saison chaude.

Pros: Close to the Grand Market
Cons: Air conditioning
Location: Grand Market, museums, shopping, etc
No air conditioning and it was very hot. Location was not as described. Not on the market place but a block away. Toilet leaking had to be fixed.

Ok hotel, good location

Cons: Service from staff.
Hotel is in a great location for all tourist attractions and transport links to other cities. We expected a higher standard in terms of customer service and room standard from this hotel, especially considering the cost per night. Overall it was fine - the staff were polite enough and it was clean etc. The TV and a lamp didn't work when we arrived and we had to ask twice before the lamp was fixed and the TV never was. The air con in the hotel didn't work at all for our whole stay - we were refunded some money from our parking costs for this which was considerate of the hotel.
