A 5 star hotel with 0 star customer service.

Cons: Room service was bad. The food came very cold, not tasty at all and I got charged 5 euros more than what it was written in the room service menu.
I have been to Brussels multiple times and I knew exactly which location I wanted for a hotel to stay in and I was happy with the location. I had a very good experience with one lady who was working in reception. However, we had a horrible experience with another staff (door man) at the hotel. First of all, this hotel is suppose to be a 5 star hotel which means that it should be one person at the door for assistance. They never opened the door for us even though I was coming with a big stroller and I needed help with that. The worst part was when we were leaving and requested a cab from on of the staff (I think he must be the door man!!). We were waiting and waiting, no taxi was showing up, when my husband ask him if he could please call the taxi company to see if they can expedite the process, he was extremely rude with his response and didn't even try to help!!! When Finally cab came, he didn't come to help us with the luggages. This part of the customer service was simply HORRIBLE.

駅やスーパーからも中心地からも近くて、美味しいフリットやワッフルもすぐに食べにいける位置にあります。 部屋のコンディションもよく、ホテルの方の対応も丁寧でした。

fint hotel med super beliggenhed i centrum

Pros: beliggenhed - hyggeligt værelse
Cons: morgenmaden er for dyr og meget standard buffet, især da hotellet gerne vil være 5 stjernet
Location: i centrum
Godt hotel i centrum af Bruxelles. De 5 stjerner holder ikke med 4 kan det godt få. Værelset var lille men hyggeligt og godt indrettet med god belysning. Beliggende ud til stille sidegade. Morgenmaden var en ret kedelig buffet - og dyr. Vi spiste morgenmad ude i byen de andre dage.

Very nice hotel in a great location, near Centrum

Cons: Temperature control in the room,
Location: We walked all around the center of Brussels, as much as 15,000 steps each day. With a good map and a plan it is very easy to get around.
This hotel is located three blocks from the Grand Place and two blocks (they are short blocks) from the Central Station so it is a great location for seeing both the city and traveling on day trips to the rest of Belgium. We took day trips to Brugge, Antwerp, Ghent, Leuven, Mechelen, Sterrebeek and Tervuren. We stayed seven nights, the room was clean, on the small side compared to US hotels, but our only complaint was that we were unsuccessful in controlling the room temperature (it was too hot). We would however, definitely stay here again on another trip.

Those people are not honest

Location: Location is very good but the people of the hotel are not good.
Warwick hotel has a very good location for visitor and tourists. But they prices are very high for their quality. They charged me twice the room in my credit card. This is not honest, be careful with that because they are going to tell you that is not really pay in Expedia. I will never stay in Warwick hotel.. never.

Wonderful stay in Warwick Brussels

We stayed at the Warwick Brussels from 20th-23rd October. The Hotel is in possibly the best location in Brussels. Only a few minutes from Brussels Central Train station and also a few minutes walk from the centre of this beautiful city. The hotel is very secure, with armed guides outside 24/7. The staff were helpful, allowing us to check in early when we arrived. I would recommend this hotel.

Lækkert centralt hotel.

Eneste minus er roomservice. Vi ringede hver aften for at bestille med de havde aldrig nogle af de ting som stod på kortet!! Vi overnattede fra fredag til tirsdag. Søndag sagde de at det var fordi det er søndag. Der var ingen undskyldning fredag eller lørdag. Mandag havde de dog stadig ikke modtaget deres vare så stadig ikke det store udvalg af roomservice.

Quality hotel in central Brussels

Location: Central Brussels just by the Central train station . Easy walking distance to the Grand Plaz places to eat and buy chocolates.
Very clean and neat and the shower was excellent and very modern
