Midi station is close

A very pleasant over night stay . check in was easy , friendly staff very good first impression as the place was very clean . Room was clean bed comfy and a walk in shower. Had dinner in the hotel ,quick service , food tasty . I will stay here again as its so close to Midi station ,trams and bus station.

Great hotel with huge rooms

Great hotel with huge rooms, right opposite the station, excellent service and good value. The only very small issues were 1) two single beds rather than one double/queen/king; 2) no fridge or milk in the rooms.

Pros: Good staff, good food and easy location for Brussels-midi train station
Cons: The hotel room needed some attention - peeling paint around front door. There were stains of floor and garbage in trashcan on check-in.
The best thing about the hotel is the proximity to the train station. The staff I dealt with were all great. Restaurant food was good. I stay in a number of hotels - did not find this one in good shape - room had lots of peeling paint. There were several stains on the carpet.

Pros: clean and comfortable

Location: Brussels good for shopping ,the location is good to get around Belgium ,Bruges a 1 hour trip was fantastic really enjoyed going there
the hotel was very clean would recommend it ,however the cost of breakfast was unbelievable very expensive not good value

Good hotel convenient to train station

We chose this hotel based on the fact that we were arriving late on the Eurostar from London. Directly across the road and although st night the entry doors are not well signed and we did a lap of the building before we realised which doors to go through, once inside everything was good. Nice clean modern furnishings. Bathroom was good, water pressure could have been better and had to have the shower on full hot for warm water. We didn't have breakfast included so can't comment although the restaurant and menu looked good. Would definitely stay again and will recommend.

Hotel staff were friendly, room was comfortable but there was a smell of cigarette smoke.

Nice hotel close to train station

Staff was friendly and check in was easy. Rooms were clean, minus the bathroom wall beside the toilet. Only minor disappointment was that there wasn’t an extra pillow available for us.

A cold and noisy room.

Pros: Clean rooms, excellent location.
Cons: The heating and a major renovation of those large windows facing the street: They do unfortunately let most of the noise from the street through.
Location: Right next to the midi-station, which most likely is also the main selling point
The hotel was clean and modern-looking, but unfortunately my room had large windows, with very poor insulation, facing a street. I normally have no issues sleeping at different hotels around the world, but my room was cold and noisy enough to wake me up 3 times during my one night stay. The problem is probably with a series of large windows that seem to be very poorly insulated and thus let most of the noise and low temperatures from the outside go straight into the rooms.
