Ruby’s is a great western hotel convenient for Bryce Canyon! The morning breakfast and buffet dinner option was an added bonus! Marius was an excellent waiter! Ruby’s has excellent family history and we were so glad we chose to stay here.

Perfect place to stay, right at Bryce Canyon. Staff were welcoming, warm and friendly. Restaurant was good value, choice and quality of offerings were great. Good selection of items ranging from ready meals to gifts are available in the general store, surprisingly prices were not excessive, fuel price was best in the area.

Ruby’s inn was a great finding. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Close to bryce park which makes us easy for us to go in and out of the park multiple times. Breakfast buffet was delicious and kids enjoyed very much as well as adults too. General store was a plus to buy any grocery and souvenirs. We had lunch too in the lodge restaurant and it was great. Overall best place to stay in small town like Bryce Canyon city.

Lighting on the road to the room was terrible, no elevator to take me to the second floor. Tiny tiny shampoo and conditioner containers, not enough for two people. The front desk staff was friendly and thorough with the check in process and provided a great map and overview of the important things to know why staying at the resort.

Great property close to Bryce Canyon National Park. The restaurant and post office were super convenient. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean and quiet.

the room was goid sized & I liked the heat lamp & double sinks in the bath. the door to the refrigerator cabinet didnt close all the way & there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels during our 2 day stay. I ordered a hamburger with onion at ruby's canyon diner & was told by the indifferent employee that they did not offer onion. hiwever, when we left, my husband noticed onion was a pizza ingredient option. the diner had many tables that had not been cleaned off.

The space was very clean. We got two adjoining double queen rooms for my family of 5 and 2 dogs. It was a little tight, but we made do because you cannot beat the proximity to Bryce Canyon. The general store and pool along with the history of the property was really neat!

Very close to Bryce canyon entrance. The property is really old, hence can hear the creaking when people in neighboring rooms walk. The property also had cob webs on the ceiling, dated bathrooms etc.

The room smelled like a wet dog. Bed was hard as a rock. We stayed in the Ponderosa section and it was really outdated. The window unit was so loud when it came on it would wake us up.
Great location. All amenities on site. Shuttle option.
The room was nice, but entryway carpet flooring was wet upon check in and room smelled damp.

The day before I arrived on 3/27, the hotel sent me an cancellation notice via Expedia, which I did not make the cancellation. I didn't check the email during my vacation. When I checked in at the Best Western Ruby Inn, I was surprised to find out that my booking was cancelled. The receptionist told me I had to pay at the rate on that day, $267, which was $150 more than the rate when I booked with Expedia. On that same evening my wife found out from the hotel's website that the rate was actually $115 something. We challenged the site manager about the price of a room. It seemed like price gouging. I was really upset was that the hotel cancelled my reservation without my consent. That left me without a place to stay for the evening with my two young children. The hotel's site manager was not helpful at all and kept telling us we had to pay at the rate of that evening. I was glad that Expedia was able to rebook and pay for the room when I called them about the cancellation. The Expedia agent and supervisor were really helpful to get us through the bad experience at the hotel.
Perfect location if you are hiking Bryce Canyon. The shuttle picks up in front of the hotel. There is a general store with all you need attached to the hotel. The restaurant has a buffet as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This is a nice pass-thru motel and free breakfast buffet is very good. Check-in was easy and polite. The only downside is that the sound barrier between rooms is pretty much non-existent.

The amenities in the tiny bathroom were minimal. The creaking under the bathroom could also be heard in adjacent rooms and was distressing. The Keruig coffee maker leaked profusely every morning. The drapes were damaged and could not be completely closed.

Beware that room that you booked may not be room type that you are given. Double check property as they can switch you from Best Western to Ruby’s Inn which they also own. The two locations are very different. Also, no elevators at Ruby’s except for in one of the buildings. They don’t care.

Our coffee maker didn’t work and despite prompting from the television to connect to WiFi and cast via a Chromecast device we found there was no such device connected to the tv. We also would have appreciated knowing that the motel is comprised of multiple buildings and lacking of any sort of indoor path to the pool. In near freezing temperatures we were not interested in trekking to the pool and back to our room in wet bathing suits.
