Excellent Experience

Cons: Nothing
Location: well situated near restaurants, banks and shopping
Rapid checkin. Staff was extremely courteous and eager to accommodate our needs. The hoiel stay is a great experience.

Pros: Comfort and style of room
After a trying day of travel we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort of the gotel. The staff was incredibly helpful.

Nice hotel

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable beds. Great buffet with tradional food. We put a do not disturb sign on the door but to my surprise someone entered the room and cleaned the room trash can and the bathroom trash can. But the beds and rest of the room wasn't clean. I found it to be very suspicious and I called the front desk immediately to complain. Luckily we weren't missing any belongings.

Hotel Dann Bucaramanga

The Hotel Dann is a 5 star hotel that is quite nice but is showing its age. The maintenance is quite good but they are lacking in keeping the shine on this hotel. Instead of replacing many things, they try to repair them. The toilets and faucets should be replaced in the rooms. The beds are OK but are showing their age. Overall this is a quite comfortable hotel, dont get me wrong, but instead of giving the hotel a lipstick and high heel job, there needs to be many things that need to be changed. The sense of arrival is quite ordinary, feels like an east european type reception, as they laid out the breakfast tables right in the reception instead of leaving it on the rooftop terrace. Huge mistake. Function over design. The rooms are spacious and the mechanics are well functioning. The rooftop terrace is the cherry on the cake. Super well done and maintained. The area is comfortable and i enjoyed it quite a lot on Sunday. The restaurant is very good as well. Food and service are top notch. Overall recommended, specially given the price. A very good value.

great location and great pool deck - easy walking

The staff was great from the moment of check in - They speak English and assisted me anytime I had questions or needed reservations at restaurants. The hotel is clean - impressive lobby and a great rooftop for pool and dining. I would definatly stay here if you travel to Bucaramanga.

Used to be the "hotel" to stay in Bucaramanga.....

Pros: Breakfast and lobby
Cons: Better communication. I waited for a manager to call me after the power issue and nobody contacted me. Hotel needs some TLC
Location: Great location!
Checked in was ok we were tired after a long trip, went to the room to rest and tent no power and no water - I couldn't communicate with my family about palms to get together for 2 hours - at time of check in nobody mentioned this power and water issue so we could prevent taking a shower and leave the hotel before all of this. Breakfast is great and staff really try to be helpful. We had some laundry and we founded a shirt that didn't belong to me, housekeeper told me that under shirts were cheaper but at the time of check out we paid the same at a regular shirt and at front desk nobody took responsibility. I don't think is honest to advertised this hotel as 5 stars....this is a 3 stars and will be ok.

Great hotel close to everything

From the time I checked in to the time I checked out I was treated like a VIP. The only hotel I would stay in next time in Bucaramanga. Thank you to all the staff.

The hotel was in a safe area.

One thing I did not like was that breakfast supposedly was included and we thought so. Anyhow we went to have breakfast and was willing to pay but we only ate two pieces of bread and ordered a coke. The end at check out they charged us 70,000 COP for two pieces of bread. In those situations they should charge for the items not for a buffet or plate. Horrible experience with that.
