Staff is wonderful! Breakfast was a pleasure. Hotel was beautiful and rooms spacious and very clean. Bathroom sink is a pain to use in some of the rooms. I had two rooms, in one the sink was perfect, in the other it was a nightmare to use. Showers also leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Love the spacious room and nice big bathroom. Everything is in excellent condition. Demetru and Mirela were beyond exceptional!

The property is well located and the staff are helpful but I got surprised by my card getting charged after my check out without being contacted or notified and after checking my statement I called the hotel and was told that the bath robes were missing from the room although I didn’t even use them or even noticed them

According to the register paper signed at the check in, every guest is responsible for the items in his/her room, authorising the hotel to charge the cc for missing items / damages even after departure. On the other side, we understood from our colleagues that they did try talking to you about this at check out, but you were not open for a dialogue at the time. We proceeded on the information we received from housekeeping, proven from their daily reports, that one day the bathrobes were in your room, and at check out they weren't anymore, thus we are required to charge the cc, as agreed on evey guest's registration paper. The rooms were spacious and well fitted and furnished. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing however.

Great locatiin. Yummy breakfast. Clean rooms. Welcoming and helpful staff. Very nice hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.
