The inside of the unit is modern and tidy. The reception gentlemen was informative and friendly. cleanliness require a major focus. The floors were dirty and with hair strands everywhere. The towels were very old and in bad shape. The plates were not properly cleaned. The bed, I think had bed bugs I could not stop itching. The reception is close over the weekend so unfortunately I couldn't reach them.

On arrival we thought "what on earth are we entering" . The guy on the desk was a bit grumpy but it was Sunday evening and he had to come in to let us in . The lobby part smelt and needed a lick of paint . On entering the appartment we could smell cigarette smoke. We opened the windiws and it went after a while . We had a double bedroom with TV ,bed and wardrobes . There was a large bathroom but door didn't close but we learnt how to prop it closed. The living room had a TV, table,and chairs, coffee table and a large sofa bed that was comfortabe. The bonus was having a kitchen with a cooker hob, microwave , fridge ,also cutlery and plates ect. The minir irritations were worth putting up with ,due to the size if the place. We were right near to restaurants a supermarket and the tiwn centre s.i all in all it was value for money

Feel a bit Romanian
It was no frills, with an excellent position. Can cook own meals. Has a vibe of 'communists housing block' complete with single old style lifts, multiple mail boxes and entrances with dated vinyl and a little bit of graffiti.

Great location but not wheelchair / pram friendly
Before we stayed we contacted them via Whatsapp messages and they were very quick in responding and very helpful with booking airport transfer and drivers where really good and helped us with the cases up to the apartment. The location was fab, the building itself looks run down but it is in a relatively good area - well lit at night and busy roads with expensive designer shops around. Supermarket and good restaurants within 10 min walk, public transport easy to get to and only 10 min walk away and 20 min walk from the old town. The apartment itself is clean with a fully function kitchen, A/C, iron/board, hair dryer, drying rack, washing machine. when we booked we thought it was a hotel but it's a residential building, but they do have an office in the main building if there are any problems with the apartment and enquiries. However the down side for us was 1. we booked 2 apartments but they were in 2 different buildings a road a part - not stated when we booked 2. lift available but that's after steps into the building so not pram or wheelchair friendly 3. One of our apartment had a really small kitchen (cupboard) with no dining tables/chairs I would have given 4* if it wasn't for the steps to the building - making it difficult for those with kids with pushchairs and the fact that we weren't with the rest of the party.

Good location , good apt
We found out our AC didnt work. At first they didnt believe it but still they sent a repairman who concluded that it didnt work. They mived ys to a different apt but they didnt supply enough towels and duvet cover for the three of us. We had to contact the management again. But overall our stay was wonderful. The apt was very good .

Something we didn't know is that the office and our room was not in the same building, but it is not a big deal (200m). Complete kitchen and washing machine !!

Handy location, decent facilities
The 'apartment' is more of a suite, with a large bedroom, small kitchenette and reasonably sized bathroom, with full bath. I wasn't in the main apartments, but was taken round the corner, after check in, to a residential block on Lutheran Street (opposite the Lutheran church). There wasn't a sitting room or coffee / dining table, which was disappointing after the pictures I'd seen, but everything I needed was there, including maps and a guide book. The room was very clean, although I did see a cockroach in the bathroom during the night (it probably came up the drain). The WiFi was good and fast on the first day, but didn't work at all on the second two days. I was too busy to take it up with the staff. The location is good. There are eateries, cafes, an international bank and a supermarket within easy walking distance, and the Old Town is only about 20 minutes on foot. There was a little kiosk at the front of the block selling water, soft drinks and snacks, which was handy. There is also a taxi rank just across the road.

SCAM CHARGES YOU TWICE WITH NO REFUND
They charged me twice and I was supposed to receive a refund that never came. I am disputing it with my bank, but I do not recommend this hotel to anyone for that reason. They said it would refund back to me in 10-14 business days, the 14th day ended 3 weeks ago.

Great Hotel Appartment in Bucharest
Four days in a nice appartment with large rooms and very well equipped.Perfect airport pickup service at 02:30 AM. The location is the best in center Bucharest: 10 min. walking to Athenee Palace and 50m away from the Cismigiu Park. Very good price.

Stayed for 2 nights, room was ok, relatively clean and comfortable... we had to wait long time for someone to come and open the flat for us... the staff that picked us up was very nice and pleasant, not the same with Bogdan at the reception who was veeery annoying... other than this, we would stay again due to the low price and great location!

Stayed at the apartment as I was in Bucharest on business , very comfortable , clean no disturbances at night or during the day. Only issue is a common problem universally if a place is left unoccupied for long periods the drains in the bathroom start to smell. Other than that will book again. The location of supermarkets, food markets would also help since it's self catering

We spent three nights here at it was perfect. We received excellent service from start to finish. We were picked up from the airport and driven straight to our apartment. The room was comfortable, clean and had an excellent air con unit, the location was excellent with loads of bars & restaurants in easy reach. There was a city map of Bucharest waiting for us in the room. Everything worked well. Would highly recommend it if you are spending time in this amazing city!

I was highly disappointed in that the location was not as in the picture. The owner had e-mailed the day before , but as I was not near WiFi, could not contact back. After 4 hrs of waiting and asking staff at a nearby hotel to call (they were incensed saying this happened all the time!), we were met by a woman who did not speak good English who directed us to buy bus tickets and proceeded to take us 2 stops on the bus with all our luggage to another location. She appeared to be very hurried. The apartment did not have WiFi as advertised because 'it was too expensive.' There were no instructions on how to use the washer. As I did not have use of a telephone and could not find a landline, it was impossible to contact owner. I had requested a call to taxi on day of departure to train station, driver was told to the airport so was upset saying he would no longer do business with owner. All in all, an unpleasant experience and would not recommend.

Check in orribile, ho pattuito con la struttura il trasferimento aeroporto-struttura con l agenzia visto che oltre le 18 il check in non era disponibile, nessun problema... Al mio arrivo a Bucharest, alle 23 e 30, non ho trovato nessuno all aeroporto quindi decido di prendere in taxi... Arrivato alla struttura non son riuscito a contattare nessuno per poter entrare e allora ho dovuto trovare sistemazione in un albergo 4 stelle li vicino( 100 euro una notte)... Il mattino dopo ho chiesto spiegazioni ma il tizio mi ha solo detto che gli sembrava strano, vabbé 100 euro perdi e in piu ho dovuto pagare anche la prima notte, scandaloso... Comunque, l appartamento era molto carino, ma visti I lavori edili nella struttura, la sveglia era obbligatoria alle 8 del mattino, non male per essere in vacanza...

Ved tjek ind fik vi at vide, at vi skulle have reserveret parkeringsplads ved booking. Det husker jeg ikke at have fået muligheden for, så vi havde ingen parkering til vores lejede bil. Vi valgte at returnere bilen, da det ville være dyrere at parkere den end hvad brug af Uber kostede. Selve værelset var i okay stand. Der var nogle småting, som burde fixes med tiden, men ikke noget der gjorde så meget. De kunne dog godt levere et strygebrædt, nu der er et strygejern (som ikke var så kønt). Tv-signalet var også ret dårligt. Wifi-signalet var rigtig dårligt. Man skulle stå lige foran entredøren for overhovedet at fange det, så jeg endte med at bruge det fra Radissonhotellet ved siden af! Beliggenheden og faciliteterne derudover, var i orden. Det var ikke første gang vi var der, og vi valgte det igen netop pga. beliggenheden og den okay pris.

Rigtig fint til prisen. Fine rene lejligheder helt centralt i byen. Ingen daglig rengøring, men det fungerede fint for os. Lejlighederne er klart pænere end det indtryk men umiddelbart får når man træder ind i opgangen!

God hotellejlighed til rimelig pris
Vi overnattede to dage i lejligheden. Den var pæn, ren og i fin størrelse til to voksne og et barn. Området var fint og det var kun lidt besværligt med parkeringen, som lå noget væk fra lejligheden. Men bortset fra det, var der ikke meget at klage over. Der var et par enkelte kakerlakker i lejligheden, men indrømmet, vi havde et par vinduer stående åbne, så det kan have været vores egen skyld. Der var supermarkeder, seværdigheder, shopping og skønne caféer/restauranter i umiddelbar nærhed (vi anbefaler Chocolat!) så alt i alt en meget positiv oplevelse. Vi havde en lille hund med, og det var heller intet problem.

Καθαρός χώρος σε κεντρικό σημειο
Ο χώρος είναι πραγματικά πολύ καθαρός. Ο καναμπες στα τετράκλινα δωμάτια δεν είναι και πολύ βολικός. Το Wi-Fi δεν πιάνει σχεδόν καθόλου. Μας χρέωσαν 10€ επειδή κάναμε check in 18:25.

Appartamento Canada molto carino
A noi è capitato l’appartamento Canada. È stato molto carino e accogliente. Abbiamo viaggiato con una bambina di 7 mesi e non c’è stato nessun problema. Partendo nell’ufficio non abbiamo trovato nessuno per ridare le chiavi ma era di domenica quindi le abbiamo lasciato nella loro cassetta.

למי שקצר בכסף... סביר.
מדובר בדירות שנמצאות בבניין ״רכבת״ מהסגנון הקומוניסטי... הבניין מבחוץ , חדר המדרגות, מעלית פשוט מזעזע. בבניין יש מפסר דירות אותם משכירים לתירים... החדר שקיבלנו היה מבחינה פנימית בסדר אבל זה לא אומר כלום על שאר החדרים. אזור המלון מצוין וכן הקרבה למקומות המרכזים

Nice apartment near old town
Apartment was clean and spacy. Furniture was a bit off today but otherwise nice. Location in safe area with walking distance to old town and Parliament House. The reception was in another building in next block. Reception house was scruffy so don't get scare of that. Shop just around the corner.

L'appartamento ė bello, pulito e centrale rispetto a Bucarest. L'ingresso del palazzo e le sue pertinenze sono rimaste ferme al dominio sovietico, ma questo non influisce sulla modernita ed efficienza degli interni.

便利なところにあり安いです
国立美術館の前で便利な立地で安いです。ホテルに泊まるというよりアパートを借りるといった方が正確です。ポット、電子レンジ、洗濯機、食器は備え付けられています。風呂場の排水溝だけはオーバーフローしない程度に掃除してくれれば言うことなしです。

Appartamento comodo e ben arredato
Appartamento molto bello, ben arredato, dotato di riscaldamenti e due camere da letto abbastanza ampie. Zona molto tranquilla e centrale, a pochi minuti dalla stazione metro piazza romana

Det är inget hotell, utan vanliga lägenheter omgjorda, nästan, till att se bättre ut, tyvärr misslyckade de med det. Det var mögligt i badrummet,toan läckte och det var jämt toavatten på golvet, rummet låg i ett vanligt bostadshus på nedre våning,mot stor trafikerad gata, air conditioned apparaten lät väldigt mycket, sängen var hård som trä.vi blev sjuka av rummet. läget är bra, nära till allt. bilderna som visas på deras site är missvisande och motsvarar inte verkligheten. billigt ja, men inte värt pengarna om du är allergisk mot mögel eller damm.Boka ett riktigt rum på ett hotell istället.Möjligtvis kan man bo här en natt, men inte en vecka.
